I took my cub cadet that I bought at TSC in for repair. TSC did NOT tell me I had to keep the receipt showing I bought it for the warranty thru Cub Cadet!!! These guys not ONLY got it done when they hoped they could they are delaying my bill so I can get the warranty straightened out. Its AMAZING how much these guys went above and beyond for a veteran's widow. Thanks guys!!!!!

Well same as all other negative feedback on the Topeka service department. It says it all when the regional service manager stats that I will never be happy with their service.

Fix your service department at the Topeka store. Worst I've ever dealt with! Combine sat in the field for 5 hours for a software update, that should've taken 15 minutes. And what did we get for compensation of downtime?? A big bill!! The kind of money farmers spend on equipment and we have to pay for updates for this equipment to perform at its best?! Seems like Case would want their equipment up to date and perform this service for their customers... but I guess not. And then to be billed due to service tech error on his job?! Service manager ignored our concerns on this situation. Now I see why all the neighbors take their business elsewhere.
