Horrible experience w the inept nightshifter. My 6 year old was needing a bathroom Badly and when i asked the attendant if they had a bathroom he said it was out of order. I called dollar general next door and they said the same thing i was very upset and my husband grabbed our son and went back into the chevron and took him to the bathroom regardless. The bathroom was in perfect shape, clean, everything working fine. I don’t understand why anyone w a heart and right mind would deny a child the restroom and lie in such a way. My husband held me back from telling this guy what I thought, but not from letting others know BATHROOM WORKS JUST FINE.

I'm happy this place sells E85 fuel however what difference does it make if the gas pumps are always broken and won't read a card. The owners must squeak when they walk if they won't fix their gas pumps. Been there 2 times in 3 weeks and both times the pumps are still broke.

This is the ONLY place to get E85 flex fuel in our area or Yuba City! $2.65 a gallon!!! I love filling up my van for $40 or $50 instead of $100. And the van runs better on 100+ Octane. Always clean and stocked with window cleaner and paper towels as well.

The elder lady that is there in the mornings is the rudest lady. Very poor customer service I even seen her reprimanding one of her employes in front of customers. I go else where now.

Lady would rather have us dump the ice which we already had in our container(we didn't see the sign)and lose our business forever. We were going to fill up gas and buy several items. We will actively go to a different gas station which doesn't have this "policy". Learn some compassion for you loyal customers.

The payment kiosk was so slow I wasn’t sure it was even working. I tried entering my Safeway Rewards number, and the slow kiosk was always a digit behind, so it took me 3 tries because I would end up entering a digit twice because it wasn’t showing up. Then, the kiosk was taking so long to process my card, I canceled the transaction, which may have been why the kiosks (I tried a different station) kept canceling all further attempts. I didn’t see a call button for the cashier. I could have gone inside, but at that point I preferred to go to another gas station nearby where they have their equipment working.

Living in Olivehurst, I'd come here all the time. I came in and the old white lady doesn't acknowledge me as she never does but I was attempting to give her another chance. I asked for reassurance that they had pistachios because I could not find them and she seemed bothered and rudely replied. I've been informed of instances where fellow customers have felt uncomfortable w the cashier Dana, Donna, Devin, whatever her name is but she is very unprofessional and the reason, I will not be back. She doesn't pay attention to who she's helping unless it's a male that she can flirt w rather than do her job.

I used to go here all the time for gas and some food items inside but today the cashier demanded I provide the 3 digit security code off the back of my card because "the owner wouldn't upgrade to the new chip technology." I relunctantly provided it but called the fraud dept for my card because it didn't seem right. They informed me that no business should ever ask for that number in person because it violates their merchant agreement and puts my card at extreme risk. They informed me that the ccv number should only used for online purchases. My card company had me get a new card with different number. This may have just been a misunderstanding by the employee but as long as they are asking for that number, I will not be returning.
