Having made an appointment check-in was super quick and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly and very efficient.

Loved being able to easily check in via the link I got via text message. Having blood drawn was quick and painless. The lady that helped me was super nice and got me in and out fast. Perfect score. Facility is so-so - clean, but not like a nice doctor's office. I've been to a lot of quest labs and think they all could use a little lovin'

The staff are always so friendly and fast! I can't believe how quick they are, but still so accurate and gentle. I never feel a thing when I get my blood drawn for lab work. My appointment was at 7:50am. I got there a little early, checked in, was called back within a few mins, and I was done and on my way to work by 7:53am. I even had time to stop and get coffee first. Fabulous service!

The admitting process in this office is horrible. There are many elderly patients that do not know how to use the digital kiosk and without a receptionist to assist, it is up to others to pitch in and help with the sign in process. This is a typical case of corporations trying to make more money, while cutting jobs and quality customer service. I will attempt to get my bloodwork done elsewhere next time.

My technician was extremely competent. Usually I have to get stuck a couple times to find a vein, but she got me the first time around.?

Extremely efficient. I had an 11:40am scheduled appointment. I arrived at 11:39am. I was called in and back in my car by 11:49am. Great customer service. Did not feel rushed.

I was happy to see that when one of my tests was flagged by Medicare (for further physician coding), the phlebotomist was able to give me a paper to give my physician telling him further coding was needed in order for MC to cover the test.
