Last day I go in there and give my money to you. Your rude old lady with long shoulder hair is told every time what the prices are she’s become too lazy to look for herself then proceeds to continually berate me in the store and call ME rude for not giving her the price and telling her to check the bag! DONE! The old lady thinks she can treat customers this way, I’ve bitten my tongue once too many. She’s a crank! She’ll cost you!

I can’t say enough good things about this place and Monique!!! I came in as a first time puppy owner with 0 sleep and experience and Monique helped me so much!! I was about to cry as I was having such a hard time with our 9 week old
Pup. She gave me the best recommendations, calmed me down, shared all the amazing best practices on how to care for my pup and reassured me. I can’t tell you what a life saver she is!!! This woman has the best customer service and sales skills and is truly an angel!!! Monique thank you for everything people like you are rare in this world- this woman deserves a raise!!! Great staff, friendly atmosphere love that they care about your pets and show you the ropes on how to use their dog washing stations. Louie and Brando loved being there. That bathtub is big enough for both of them so they didn't get scared to be by themselves.

Purchased a dog walking harness made by "Dog Line" The dog pulled a strap out just by tugging hard This store told me it was not their probelm and I must deal with the manufacturer. Rubbish. I will never shop here again

If you know what you are looking for this place is great! Found some fun stuff for my cat. A reminder to anyone reading reviews: this is a SMALL town pet store. Logically they most likely will not have every single thing you are looking for because that makes no sense to stock something that 1 person a year comes in for. Have grace on small business owners. This world is nuts. Love the locally made pet bandanas in the front too!

Purchased $20 harness in Small for new puppy, but got home and realized we needed the Medium. Immediately drove back to store, with the receipt and the undamaged and re-attachable tag we had removed. Store manager refused to exchange for a Medium because the store had no tag gun to reattach the tag (seriously? $14.99 on Amazon btw). So, zero future business from me here, I'll drive to Ventura thanks to lousy customer service and store's lack of a $15 tag gun.

I don't have an allegiance to any one pet store, I generally use the one best stocked for the need as well as location, that is COVID sensitive. My dog was in need of a bath and I'd seen the two dog-wash stations in here on an earlier visit so I popped in. I saw no indication of the non-masking mentioned in other posts and the staff were quite helpful. I accept the other folks who posted poor reviews may indeed have had a negative experience, but mine was great, 5 stars.
