If I could give this place 0 stars I would horrible Costomer service & management is very unprofessional. You might as well just go to cvs at least they are a bit nicer & management is professional when mistakes are made.

Horrible customer service. The lady was absolutely rude and disrespectful and I over heard how she was treating her employees and I’m surprised she still has people working there. I couldn’t believe what she was saying. I think her name was Melina or something like that and their prescriptions are way over priced. I transferred to Ventura and it’s half the price of what I paid here at the Ojai village pharmacy.

Horrible customer service, pharmacy not open on weekend, they don't run your insurance if they don't like the terms of the contract and charge you full price as if you are uninsured. Rude when you ask any questions or for clarification, often do not have normal medication in stock.

There is no more feeling like a your pharmacist has your back , no new stock , it’s NOT the same since new ownership, the one thing is the one very personable, the one local who works there does go above and beyond for customers. . Very sad since Fred sold Ojai village pharmacy : after learning about NEW PHARMACIST, I went back a couple weeks ago , want to support one of my fun places to shop and put some of my scripts through , was pleasantly surprised, thrilled ? I have been long term Patron of OVP and looking forward to eventually having all my scripts back at OVP . 2 / 3 chances it wasn’t the owner that chased me and others away .looking forward to shopping again with the nicest people & supporting my local pharmacy ? OJAI VILLAGE PHARMACY ?

Uneven..... I have a sesnse that everyone cares but the prescription system is broken.... Always apologizing for not having the drugs ordered a week earlier. Nice people not sure what is wrong.

What is going on in this pharmacy? Nearly every single time I pick up a prescription they get something wrong. I even got the wrong brand yesterday and the lady on the phone got irritated and hung up on me for something that was their fault. Unprofessional, uninformed and clearly they hate their jobs. Definitely go elsewhere. This place is ridiculous.

Local resident and the quality of this pharmacy has declined in past few years. Can't even keep up with my repeat prescription. Jokers. They need to stick to selling bumper stickers to tourists.

I'm local and have been coming here for decades. Great place overall. I have had positive interactions with the people who work at the pharmacy register, but the two front register people are pretty aggressively rude (short blond hair and long blond braid). If I avoid them, I always have a good experience here.

Great experience getting vaccinated here! Everyone was so kind and the process is organized and streamlined. 10 mins, start to finish (add an extra 15 min for mandatory observation). Robbie administered my shot like a pro because he is a pro :p I definitely recommend getting vaxxed here and shopping here more generally. TYSM OVP!

I had my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for years, and it was a miserable experience the entire time. From the beginning they'd make mistakes almost every time: they'd lose prescriptions, forget to charge insurance, not fill prescriptions for days, keep years-old insurance info in the computer despite me telling them every time for over two years that the info was out of date; and, last but not least, repeatedly claiming drugs that are covered by insurance aren't. The final straw was the three months I had to spend getting them to charge my insurance for a prescription; first they lost the prescription and said they didn't get it (they did), then said the insurance company didn't cover it (it does), then said the insurance had approved it but that it wasn't going to pay for any of it (it does). I just went to another pharmacy and the same health insurance plan knocks $100 off the price, and this other pharmacy managed not to lose the prescriptions, fail to provide refills called in days before, lie about which drugs are covered by insurance, or try to charge an expired insurance account no matter how many times I tell them it's expired while standing right there in front of them. Not only does this company provide bad service, they've gotten worse and worse; I wouldn't let any of the people behind that desk within a hundred feet of any medicine I'm going to have to take. The worst pharmacy I've ever been to.
