Hello, if you want JOY, education, companionship, and a amazing dog/kid. Dr. Marika is such a caring and educated person. I have one of her dogs and it is the best thing that ever happened to me. I also reached out to her for advice and she did not hesitate to call me back and help and build a plan for my Jeb. Thank you thank you!

The staff and doctors always act like professionals. I especially appreciate Dr. Dial's honestly and directness. She always answers my questions and follows up when she did not have an answer. You must be honest with your concerns they only can go off what you tell them.

This is an amazing practice. The staff is friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to be kind, and they go the extra mile to help. Dr. Dial was amazing, supportive and 100% reasonable. The lab lady who gave me my allergy shots was funny and sweet, and the team supporting the practice was top notch. I was so sad to lose them when I moved, but to this day they continue to help me whenever possible. Best. Team. Ever.

I had an SSRI stop working for me, which they tend to sometimes after a prolonged period of use. I saw Dr. Mary Dial and was really feeling weird, uneasy and full of anxiety. She told me my SSRI wasn’t working anymore I should just stop taking it. I followed her instructions not knowing anything about it. It turns out that is hands down THE WORST thing you could ever do, EVER. You can’t just stop taking an SSRI, it’s so incredibly dangerous. This landed me in a psych ward for 2 weeks while they tried to stabilize my anti-depressants. I had never experienced anything like this before. I had never been in a psychiatric hospital and was scared to death. Knowing what I know now nobody should EVER do that (unless there are other mitigating factors.) I trusted her and she decided to tell me things that were clearly outside her scope of practice. She took no accountability after the fact. As many people have said here she is terrible on top of being a terrible person. Her malpractice regarding my medications could have killed me. We are supposed to trust what our doctors tell us, that’s why we go to them. Anyway, stay as far away from her as possible.

Dial was horrible. Absolute nightmare of an experience. Not sure about the other practitioners here but she makes the entire office look bad. If you hate your job find something else please, these are people lives!

Found Dr Mary Dial to be uncaring, abrupt and just rushing her work. She is not really interested in patients whereas Dr, Carl Gross really takes the time and care for patients. This is how anyone in this profession should be.

This is an update on an old review. I have been using this practice for 10 years. I am not deeply satisfied nor am I dissatisfied. The doctors and nurse practitioners are competent and reasonably nice. Normal pcps. The nurse Barbara is very nice and caring and the office provides competent care.

They have been our family doctors for about 13 years. We have had great care from Dr. Dial and Dr. Gross and we especially love the nurse practicioners.
