Since the Thomas Fire, the homeowner's insurance market, including fire, has become extremely challenging here in the Ojai Valley - insurers are dropping insureds and leaving town in droves. We were at our wits end, unable to find anyone who would cover us. Finally, we gave up and called Doug Crawford Ins. Agency. They found coverage for us and the process was painless and simple. Staff is friendly and responsive, we couldn't recommend them more highly.

You know... there might be something to closing down your business during lunch hour. These guys have always been so good to me for all of my travel, insurance, homeowners insurance needs. If I stop by to ask a question or get a payment in, they have always handled it right away. This operation functions extremely well and have had the same familiar faces working there for years! It's weird to say but it's the one place I don't dread going to run an errand in Ojai. The location is perfect if I want to take the back road the whole way and avoid the avenue traffic, and there's usually parking right out front. Thank you guys I appreciate the service you've provided me for 28 years
