This place has useful, high-quality items for men, despite its being advertised as a women’s clothing store. My wife and I bought things there a few times during a stay in Ojai this month. The young lady working at the shop was extraordinarily helpful and nice - particularly in assisting us to decide which “saddlebag” was appropriate for my needs.

I have had a couple great experiences in this shop, till today. The owner should probably have a little chat with the employee working there today on how to communicate with a little less rude and harsh attitude with customers. I was truly shocked. I was in with a friend and about to buy a beautiful bag when I saw how she spoke to a young lady who went in there looking to buy a mask. She said she was vaccinated and didn't know she had to have one, so she went in to buy one. The young woman who worked there was so outrageously rude to the young woman my friend and I walked out due to the uncomfortability of her tone.

Went in to get a new bike. Was greeted and timely asked if I needed some help after a minute or two browsing the bikes. Dude came out, didn't seem to have much interpersonal skill though. Just a guy who wants to get a commission and send people on their way.
