I have used several pharmacies in my lifetime and have never had better service than the service at Medical Arts in Ojai. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. A much better pharmacy than the "national chain" pharmacies!

BEST PHARMACY IN THE OJAI VALLEY AREAI highly recommend using this pharmacy.They are fast, friendly, efficient, and accept most insurances.They also serve the nearby Ojai Hospital ER patients and are always willing to help their customers.I would not go anywhere else.

Have been a customer of Rexall for years when they suddenly closed I was nervous about my prescriptions, called and found out Monique was now working there, she let me know they have all your information and will have your meds ready. LOVE the drive up window. Wish I would have changed years ago!!!

What caring people!!!My wife and I got our J&J vaccines at Medical Arts Pharmacy. When we tried to go to the State site to get our vaccine record QR code, we were unable to do so. I called and talked with Dee Dee at MAP. She expressed such care for our situation. With focus and attention, she resolved our problem. I rarely experience this degree of sincere support.I called to thank them! Care matters!!!Kris

I love having a local pharmacy. I've gone to the big chain stores and feel just like a number. The pharmacist at the chain store looks like they would rather be somewhere else. Every time I've gone into Medical Arts I've been helped right away and any time I had a question the pharmacist was always available to help, even if it had nothing to do with the prescription that I was having filled. And on top of everything there is also a box of chocolates on the counter for you to enjoy. Oh yeah, they have a drive up window too. How cool is that. I'm thankful to have Medical Arts Pharmacy helping me.
