I travel a lot .. most of the time I hardly get any notice. It’s just pack and go! All is good except it seems that I always miss my hair appointments. I have grey .. I mean brown hair so I get ugly roots. WELL ?today I lucked out and got to see Daisy here ???? She was VERY skilled and personable. ?She even thinned and cut my unruly no one gets it right kind of hair. I’m SO HAPPY?The shop is clean, and filled with so many wonderfully smelling products!Michael up in the front was so helpful & great and I got a really well made fragranceWhich is so hard to find these days. If I was local I’d be here all the time ??????check it out if you come here ?????

I absolutely love this store! The woman who was there the two times I went in was so knowledgeable about the products and gave great insight as to how they would be able to help me. If I’m ever back in Ojai, I will definitely be stopping in here again.

Made an appt here to get an updo for an upscale wedding and couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. Daisy was an absolute delight and was able to do the perfect updo with only my vague descriptions and an Instagram video. She is so skilled! I received tons of compliments at the event and it suited my outfit perfectly. The shop in front was also very cute and filled with hair care items, accessories, and other great giftable trinkets. A must-stop spot for anyone enjoying a shopping day in beautiful Ojai!

The best salon and shop with the best employees. Michael is one of my favorite people after working with him to schedule my wedding day hair and makeup. Everyone at the salon was so accommodating and made the day so special for myself and my bridal party. If I lived in Ojai, I'd be there at least once a month. Such lovely, professional, and skilled people. Highly recommend!

As a new resident of Ojai, I really loved discovering Glo West, as I can get all of my services done--nails, pedicures, facials, and hair--all in one shop. Natasha is a hair master!! I’ve been going to her for six years now for color and haircuts.Having moved from Los Angeles years ago, I was concerned I wouldn’t find someone who could handle my thick, unruly hair the way my stylist in the city did. Had an appointment with Marina to get some highlights...she cancelled a few weeks before my appointment saying she was too busy? I told her I really needed to get my hair done. She said, "ok, she would check her appointment book and get back with me. She never got back with me. When I tried to contact her on FB messenger, she completely ignored me. Horrible way to do business. Avoid this salon at all costs.

Marina does amazing work. Before I found her, I was so frustrated with my hair. She has done beautiful highlights, balayage, as well as restorative treatments on my hair and I've always been happy with the results. Also she is very sweet and her product recommendations have always been spot on. I highly recommend her services!

Loved my hair coloring from the beautiful Marina Ristow! I was her first client back after maternity leave and the covid mess. Thank you Marina...8am on a Sunday morning. I've never been happier to get my hair done and by such a color pro. I'm new to being blonde. Been some shade of red for years and then quarantined on the beach in Panama for two months turned my hair a crazy color. She restored my hair and totally fixed the color. Big love to Glo West Beauty and Marina!

I stayed in Ojai for two months and REALLY NEEDED a dye job! I made an appointment on the recommendation of my Airbnb host and got in a week later. The owner took great care of me and matched my own stylist's formula nicely! While I was there I took advantage of their wonderful waxing services! Very satisfied, don't hesitate to give them a try.
