“I feel it's always good to give credit where it's due, and my visit at this branch was beyond exceptional. Operators via phone try to upgrade a secondary account every time I call when I would be calling for help just understanding a tranactions or a type of fee. I am not fond of automated systems of any kind and prefer to speak with a human and not a pre recorded call. When I went in the bank I was working with a lovely agent Hilda G. I broke down my issues regarding the details my account. She addressed every question I had in dept with patience. That's what customer service is all about. This beach and Hilda were awesome.”

“Much better prices than Westridge or Rainbow albeit not with the same selection of boutique or niche foods (as is to be expected). Staff are generally friendly. I am grateful for all their hard work and good humor throughout the pandemic, especially in the face of anti-masking and other boorish behavior.”
