Horrible customer service; you can call about 15-20 times and they still won’t pick up the phone when your in urgent need of wanting to know why your funds aren’t being put into your account.

One star for RHONDA. Super rude, belittling, makes you feel stupid. Not a nice person. Won’t let you get a word in edgewise, won’t listen to valid concerns.Edit to add: I’ve been a Chase customer for 18 years, back from when it was Washington Mutual. No more.
