Was always happy with this place, but don't like that they insist that you use their fax cover sheet, and then charge you a buck and count it as one of your pages. Other than that it's fine

I work around the corner from this business, and use it quite frequently. They are always professional, and helpful going above and beyond what other businesses in the area will do. I have gone to other places, but always come back here. It is nice to feel taken care of, and they do a great job.

Rude and unprofessional. If customer service is not your forte, find some other line of work. Life is too short and there are too many other options for mail service. I'm all for supporting local businesses, But in this competitive world customer service is key. Go elsewhere.
