Super rude. Waited 2 hours for a new battery, they showed up without a battery. Then when I called the office the lady proceeded to hang up on me. Really poor. Strongly advise you to call Bob Carlsons Towing, or anyone other than these folks unless you like having your time wasted.

Excellent experience with Adamson's. I decided to drive my vintage car up to Ojai from Los Angeles for a girls weekend. Around 10:30 p.m. my car died. AAA connected me with Adamson's and they showed up and jumped the battery--I thought all was well. It died again which led me to believe it was the alternator. I called AAA again and Jeremy the same driver returned. He was so kind and considerate of my car and its value. He ended up putting my car on a flat bed trailer and towing it back to the place we were staying. The following morning, much to my surprise, there was Jeremy again to tow my car all the way back to LA. The hardest working man in Ojai! The towing service is great but Steve and Adamson Tire is awesome. My fourth visit to Adamson Tire and I will be back. They do repairs and tires. Honest people! Yes!

I’m so disappointed. Yesterday my car broken on the 33 Ventura to Ojai, I call them, but the connection was not to good, but I could understand. The lady answered the phone was rude and asked me if I have AAA I said unfortunately not, at the moment. She just hung up the phone. I’m 68 years old and my back was hurting, Probably they think I was able to pay. When I call CR Mobile Repair and Towing, they helped me immediately, and the lady was on the phone with me till the truck show up.l,

Very fast response to my tow request. Jack was very polite and helpful and took great care to winch my Audi up onto the flatbed. I have had careless tow drivers damage my car in the past, but Jack was a true professional - treating my car as it if were his own showcar. Towed it to my dealership for repairs on the electrical system caused by rodents. Thanks again for the great service!

They towed my car when it was parked in front of my apartment and then I was told I couldn’t get it back till Monday!!! It’s Saturday and I have to work I hope this place closes down

All though the driver caused the only damage to my motorcycle. The gal in the office is super nice and went out of her way to help me. All though the person I had helping me never showed up. I felt bad but unfortunately I'm not in a financially secure state, otherwise I woulda given her a good tip for being so nice. And even tho I didn't really have a choice at the moment, their prices are pretty high. Considering I just got in an accident and it costs $500+++ regardless. I'm sure it's not the receptionists or drivers faults are so high. So please don't take it out on them. They are just the messenger simply doing their job. Thank you for being there for me when you didn't have to.
