Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to open a bank account, show up the day of just to get told the teller isn't in! They claim to have called me a day before my appointment which is completely false. Unreliable and super irresponsible.

Mr. ScharfI am a long time customer. Typically I maintain deposits of $200,000 in my various accounts.I'm compelled to write about the extremely poor customer service the bank has provided to me lately. I was unable to find tools online to issue advance instructions on cs renewal. After the cd renewed at an undesirable rate and term, it took 3 phone calls to get the correct cd. For some reason, the bank didn't correctly complete the transaction the first 2 times.I just received an automated email from the bank which ignored the conversation I had with customer service and indicated everything was done correctly.Very frustrating to say the least. My wife asks why I continue to bank with Wells. Good question.

The truth is that it is the first bank with few staff and another thing is that the people who work there do not speak Spanish or are stupid, they should have more staff and they should speak Spanish.

This branch is not what it use to be. Teller Brandon had no customer service skills and seemed annoyed to help me. As someone who works in banking this was disappointing to experience. I normally do everything through online so to experience this the one time I do go into a branch was the reason I will not go back inside this particular branch.

I needed to add a beneficiary on my Wells Fargo Accounts at my branch in Oceanside Marron Rd. Went in there November 10 to talk with a banker. Nobody...ZERO bankers even thou there's 6 desks. nobody. So I drove 40 minutes to the main Wells Fargo in San Marcos on Via Veracruz. Hopefully to talk with a banker. Something but only one lone banker. Asked customer Service at teller area ...what's up ?...need an appointment. I was very disappointed until I ran into Nadia Diaz who was more than happy to help. She was upbeat , patient and very helpful. I was out the door in 10 minutes. Thank you so much Mrs Diaz....really appreciate you help...Marron Branch better get it together. You are going way downhill....Why ?

David's attitude was less than acceptable and he doesn't seem like he wants to be there. When I came in I was the second person in line and I waited maybe 10 minutes (which is to be expected). I saw a manager and bob doing something while the line grew almost out the door. I was in disbelief. As I approach I ask "are the other two men going to help you" He says "he's the only teller." I said what about Bob. He said he's not a teller. I said really? Because he's helped me before . He becomes annoyed and says "that's great". I ask "why do you have an attitude with me I'm only asking a question." There is a long line of people who are probably wondering the same thing. He proceeds to chuckle. What do you know bob comes to help. So he is capable of being a teller whether that's his title or not. The manager on duty is Michael. I come to this branch once a week. Never have I been treated so rudely for merely asking a question. I will avoid him from here in out. On the contrary there is a young lady here (don't remember her name) who usually helps me and is very sweet.

This is probably one of the worst Wells Fargo Bank I've encountered. I've been with Wells since I was 18, (so 18 years now) loyal customer. I have bank accounts, credit cards and investment accounts. Heck I even worked for them awhile back too! I normally like Wells and think their service is great. But this one branch in particular is like a ghost town. There's always 1 teller, max 2 teller and 1 or no personal banker. I've come in and waited in their long teller lines and normally patient. Now when I actually need them to do something for me, a simple name change, I have to go to the bank and can't send in my docs. And what do you know there's no personal banker to help. They send you away. Seriously? Wow, this is how they do business. Probably easier to close my account and open a new account with an online bank.

Worst customer service ever and bad attitude. I wanted to wire some funds but they only have one banker on stuff and he is busy with whatever he is doing, you cannot make an appointment since they never answer the phone, and if you have a customer in front of you, forget it! you can wait there for a long time. So the teller instead of trying to help me, he told me to start driving around to other branches until I find a branch that can help me. Great service! I used to like this bank but no longer.

I am so happy I do NOT have an account with this bankUnfortunately I have a dealing with them once a monthThe customer service from the bottom to the supervisory role is a jokeThey welcome you in and Wish you a happy day not spend your whole time at the teller socializing joking and gossiping with one another. Probably one of the worse customer service I’m faced with on a monthly basis.Their employees is a huge reflection of their service. More training is advisable

Went in for to talk to an advisor and waited there for 30 minutes without being greeted or being approached. Location was not busy and their was a man and women who did not look busy. Walked out and left the location after sitting down for half an hour.

I needed assistance with opening up a line of credit and one banker named Minerva was extremely helpful. She was so friendly, and made our whole experience wonderful. She helped me find the best credit option for me and assist me on what I need to do to get approved. Super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
