I want to give a HUGE Thank You to Caroline for helping my wife and I. Unfortunately, we were scammed by buying puppies online, we were promised 2 baby Yorkie puppies to arrive at our doorstep through a “dog delivery agency” it was very disappointing and even embarrassing when we were describing our situation to Caroline, but she did not judge or hesitate to help us file a claim, she listened to us and took so much of her time to do anything and everything in her power to help us. We were very grateful to have crossed paths with her. Thank You Caroline & God Bless!

Three stars is the highest rating I can give a bank. I don't know what the inside of this branch looks like, because I only use the big beautiful drive-thru ATM (never go at night). I wish that more locations would install a drive-thru. This location makes simple banking (deposits & withdrawals) as convenient as it gets.

shockingly bad service. I have accounts with Vista way branch, drove all the way there to open another savings account. Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 Bank is completely empty not one customer and they told me to come back some other time because the guy that does that doesn't have room on his appointment schedule. wtf? horrible branch

They need to hire more people with authorization to help customers with transactions. Apparently the lady with the black curly long hair is the only one that has Authority to do any transaction and is managing all the tellers and wants people to schedule to withdrawl from and account. I refused to schedule and they stated bank across the street would be “too busy to help” me so I should schedule with them. I’m fine looking for another branch

Well they just plain suck. Been in three different times to close my dads accounts after he passed, all documented items required. They keep asking for more information and I guess I need a lawyer. We have enough to deal with after my dads death, not this utter bs. I will never open an account or recommend anyone to, they are the worst. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else!

Horrible customer service. Knew they are understaffed so made an appointment. Shortly after we arrived we were advised they could not accommodate us due to low staffing. Went to Wells Fargo in Carlsbad and, of course, received outstanding service…even without an appointment. Always an issue at this Wells Fargo (Vista Way). Experienced other poor customer service issues in the past at this particular branch.

When I opened my account with them person who helped me was very nice & helpful but they need to better up their costumer service. I have called more than 10 times at a day and they never pick up .

No one pick the phone. Only one tiller working all others are doing nothing other than watching.Poor customer service skills.Took 25 minutes to find my account.Took money and didn’t deposit in my accounts.

Wells Fargo is the most crooked bank in existence. I had problems with them about a year ago when a payroll check of mine was found in a pile of paperwork. It appeared to be uncashed but I knew there was a possibility I had taken a picture of it, and deposited it by sending the picture (mobile deposit is what they call it )to Wells Fargo. I called Wells Fargo and spoke to the customer service agent to confirm whether it had already been cashed or not. The representative had me read off the check number, relay all the information that was on the check and send pictures of both sides of the check. After this process had taken place, the gentleman informed me the check had not been cashed and was still a good check.I spent the 500 something dollars. About four days later I got a notification letting me know my account was overdrawn by $700. For cashing a check twice and then a few overdraft fees. Turns out the check had been cashed. I figured everything would be all right because I knew that my conversation with the Wells Fargo customer service agent was recorded and I thought I had protection because the bank told me the check was good - no such luck. I filed a complaint, and Wells Fargo concluded that the fault was mine because I had already cashed the check once. They did absolutely nothing to help me remedy aforementioned charges I did not deserve, they took zero responsibility for their actions, and simply said I should have kept my records which would have indicated if I had cashed the check or not. never mind the conversation I had with the representative who lied to me. If you look up bank ratings - Wells Fargo is at the very bottom of the list. They are crooks, liars, and thieves. I just had another situation with them where I deposited a $10,000 cashiers check. I was promised by the manager half of the funds would be available at midnight. I was printed out a receipt, saying as much. The funds were not available at midnight, nor were they available at 8 o'clock in the morning or noon for that matter. They told me the check was going to be held for 10 days even though federal regulations and the Expedited Fund Availability Act clearly state that cashiers checks, when deposited into the bank in person, are to be released, in full, to the customer the next day. Wells Fargo repeatedly, and flagrantly spit in the face of federal regulations and they take absolutely zero responsibility for the fact that they don't keep their word. WELLS FARGO IS A SNAKE PIT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE with your banking needs. Otherwise, you may end up in the situation that I am. My fiancé and I started a business at the beginning of the year and now I cannot make payroll for my two employees. There is no accountability among these WF snakes. They are open about the fact that their word means absolutely nothing . They are so big it doesn't matter to them If little ants like us, can't access our money. What is America coming to? PS - the bank manager promised me half my money would be available the next day. She underlined the date and she signed it. Now is it the next day and I'm trying to use the money they are telling me they're holding my cashiers check until February 7. That's 10 days away. I've never been so angry.
