This is a review of the Tire Center at Walmart. I needed to put air in my tires, but my husband has just had surgery and wasn't able to help me as usual. I went to the Tire Center and Jose was so kind and helpful. I was in and out of there so quickly, and he explained to me how to fix this myself in the future. I would highly recommend this place, Jose was wonderful!

Worst customer service . Came to pick up my order and called more than once but they never answered. I even went inside the store to ask for my order and they said it was too late to get it now even though I told them I was calling. Waste of my time.

Made to feel like a criminal!Scanned an item (wrong barcode) at the self checkout so the machine locked up...the clerk turned on the instant reply to make sure I hadn't shoved the huge box under my shirt?On the way out, the clerk who asked to see my receipt was extremely rude when I declined to show it to her...Walmart, where do you get off invading a person's privacy by asking to see their receipt?Unless you're accusing me of stealing, you have no right to ask!

I wasn't going to write a anything but after being told that I couldn't return baby clothes I had too. First they sold me two pairs of pants then wouldn't let me in the store to return them cause I had taken them out, made no sense. Target not only returns clothes but they also treat you better. Andrew or Adam whatever his name was didn't even have his uniform or badge confronted me very rudely. Luckily I'm not the stereotype he thought I was but if it was someone else they would have lit him up. All I know is the customer service is s*** and this store does t return items but target does go to target. Second their employees smoke right Infront of the entrance which is super unprofessional. Go to Target it's better and they do returns

Since they've locked up their shaving supplies, it's a ridiculously long wait to even get the attention of an employee who actually cares that you want to buy a secured product. They seem to wait for enough customers to be waiting in the aisle (sometimes making 6 ft social distancing difficult). Three separate employees walked passed us to tend to something else without even so much as a simple acknowledgement that we were there. Giving my next $'s to a friendlier store -Target!

Usually this Walmart is pretty good but today was not it's fine a** day I came in at 7:30 PM they're closing time being 8:30 PM, and waited patiently in the outdoor/hunting section to get some pellets. to which a Walmart employee kept telling me somebody was coming but never did for half an hour. after that I went to the electronics department to get a mouse and headset to which a Walmart employee told me somebody was coming nobody ever came I ended up wasting an hour of my night and driving home with absolutely nothing, also there was more than nine people waiting in the electronics department with me just to leave with nothing because nobody wanted to come open the cases way to lose business Walmart. Also there was no Lactaid so I had to drive to target at least they seem to be stocked.

This review is referring to the in-store pickup. I thought it would be a good idea to order online and pickup in store. After receiving a text message the items were ready for pickup. I checked in and then waited 30 minutes to receive three small items.There was no associate at the pickup station, so the system must have relied on alerts sent out that were ultimately ignored. Having someone stationed there would have corrected the issue. Wal-Mart in-store pickup supervisor at the College location...please try to tweak this process so future customers don't have a negative experience like I did. Thank you

Walmart needs to get it together.... having to enter through the garden area and then walk all the way to the front of the store to get a shopping cart. Not only is it inconvenient but the staff at the doors are freaken rude. Be thankful you have a damn job.

While shopping at Walmart for various items today amid Corona Craziness, I greeted every Walmart employee I saw (about a dozen) and none, ZERO, said a word to me. They stared at me with nasty grimaces and the stink eye. It pissed me off because they acted better than all the shoppers. F*** the attitude.

I wanted to get some ammo today and I pushed the button to call for some service. A guy came in like 5 to 10 min and treated me like I was so inconvenient for him. He told me that the lady was on lunch and I would have to come back in an hour. Points to a sign on the counter which has 50 different items on it but you don't even see the sign. What is there only one key in the whole facility? Such great customer service!!!

Normally, I have no issue with this Walmart. So this review is STRICTLY for Walmart GROCERY. INCREDIBLY BAD experience looking to get groceries. I ordered quite a bit of items. In the order process, if something is out of stock, it tells you. I choose only items in stock of course. NONE of which were held for me. Literally, the morning of delivery, I get a nonchalant email that almost every item i ordered was substituted for something else. They decided what i want to substitute for me without ever asking me. Substitutions like: ordered Progresso Chicken Pot Pie Soup, changed to small Campbells chicken noodle microwaveable, ordered Roasted Chicken and Vegetable, changed to New England Clam Chowder?, Ordered Spam oven roasted turkey, changed to regular Spam light, tons more just like this. But of course, I am not ordering groceries that someone else decides that I want without even discussing with me, and some of which were not even close. Absolutely ridiculous. They also just cancelled a bunch of items too. When i got the email, i called customer service who said he will cancel, but he can't reach anyone there, so don't worry he will follow up. But if someone shows up, tell them it was cancelled. And of course, a few hours later, i get the groceries on on there way email. They give me the drivers phone number. No response. text, no response at first. They show up. I explained to the delivery person that the order was cancelled at customer service. She left and then texted me back the strangest conversation asking me if i want to have her bring the groceries back to the store? I texted back, I have no idea what the process is. What do you normally do? She said she doesn't work at walmart, and then asked me if I was the customer. Just very strange across the board. I do understand that this is during a weird time with the Coronovirus scare. But the system itself is broken, and the whole process showed how screwed up they are. Oh, and respond to emails sent? No. Message says emails are not monitored, please respond through the customer service webpage. On that page, you can only enter about 100 characters.

I was in a slow line this morning when all of a sudden a nice young lady with a smile on her face by the name of Cloe asked me if I was paying with a card. I was so she proceeded to scan the 10 or so things in my basket and in less than 3 minutes she handed me my reciept and thanked me for shopping there. Wow, now that is what I call 5 Star service. I have never been so impressed with any employee at Walmart (and there have been a few over the past 5 years who have given 100% to help out) like I was today with Cloe. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you College Oceanside Walmart Manager for having people like Cloe on your staff to help customers like me! I told her I was going to write a Yelp review about the great shopping experience, so I hope her manager reads this.
