I went to the store on Saturday to purchase a Fitbit. When I was trying to purchase the protection plan it was $16 in person online for the same plan. It was $8. I told the clerk I wanted the 2-year plan was for $8 and his system only allowed the $16 charge. This is classic bait and switch. The only reason I went the store personally is because if you had the product delivered it got such bad reviews that the box was damaged. I then chatted with Walmart service and they said go back to the store and ask for a credit. I went on Monday and the service agent would not give me a credit and she told me to call Allstate protection. I did and they said no. This is something that happens at Walmart not her end so I'm getting to run around from all three service agents. I will never buy anything from this store again and going forward I will purchase any electronics from Amazon or directly from the seller themselves

Exactly what you would expect from a Walmart supercenter. Employees were able to help with a question, so I gave this 4 stars instead of 3.

Up UPDATE: I was on my own on this shopping experience. Went to self check out. The security guy with the leather gloves has always been professiona and helpful. I had this amazing lady approach me to clean my check out machine. She was so so polite and respectful. We ended up chit chatting for a few. It's so refreshing to meet genuine happy people who care. Thank you Walmart for hiring people Like Denise and the security gentlemen at self checkout! Great experience!
Update: I received a phone call from upper management who was super nice and friendly. He had asked me about my recent experience. I told him what had happened. He was extremely sincere and listened to our experience. He told me why it was a little longer and how it is currently set up at the store. You don't realize why things are , until he explained. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the call and listened. You don't see that from corporations anymore. I think his name was Miguel. Thank you sir for the phone call and feeling concerned. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been going to this Walmart for years and most of the time have very good service.
I wanted to post a “great job & thank you” to Sue, who checked me out today. My total bill was over $450 so that tells you how much product I had. She was super efficient in bagging all the items. At the same time, she was friendly, outgoing, fast, and just an all-around great employee and person. Hopefully she will be rewarded for her

A very clean & well organized store but there was a lady (dare I say a Karen) working the self-checkout that was quite militant about the "15 items or less" rule. She kicked one girl out of the checkout area & then followed another out after she had already paid. She was lecturing the other staff to be stricter too. All of that was in 10min.
There was also a lady selling trump hats at the entrance & she made a weird comment as I left.
Nice store but weird/uncomfortable vibes.

Waited over 15 minutes to grab formula. We went and asked workers twice because no one was coming and they just responded with they don't have the key to access it.

First one that I've seen with covered parking structures (solar roofs, genius) and sidewalks???
Plus one of the very few stores to carry 805 beer in cans??
