I had a horrible experience with Kota with a “T” today. She was really rude and lazy. She claims to have 10 years of job experience but today I HELPED her do her job because she was demanding a RXBIN number to confirm my coverage when she AS A TECH was supposed to call the support line to confirm this info. Her excuse was it was 5 o clock and the support line was closed. This is false info because the support line is 24 hours. Never in my life have I had to deal with such incompetence. She should get fired. Do not go here for medication. She was so unhelpful.

Well what can you say about Walmart everybody knows Walmart's Walmart I love this Walmart Pharmacy because they know me and I love that and I don't have anything to say bad about them they're always on time and do a good job so keep going Walmart Pharmacy you're doing great

The empathy shown to me today by the head pharmacist (Moises?) and the other staff was way beyond my expectations. From the advice regarding insurance to finding me a coupon, it was the best pharmacy experience of my 44 years being a type 1 diabetic and battling our f'ed up healthcare system.

I had an appointment for a Covid booster. I arrived 10 mins early and was told there were 2 people ahead of me. I watched those people finish up and waited for my turn while trying to entertain my 1 year old. There were 4 pharmacists behind the counter who could see me waiting in the designated seats for Covid vaccines. After waiting 20 mins past my appointment. I went up to the counter and asked for my vaccination card back. I told the pharmacist I couldn't wait any longer. No one apologized or said anything for that matter. Maybe there was an issue I wasn't aware of? I will never know since there is an utter lack of customer service.

Thank youuuu so much Haya for helping me. She made sure that I got my medication before they closed for lunch today. There was a mix up where my medication was called over to another location. I thought I wasn't going to get my prescriptions today but I did. Thank you again Haya! I'm glad there are people like you in this world that make a difference and care for others.

This pharmacy group stands out with giving outstanding caring service. Pricing matches their great service. Always prompt, smiling faces, courteous, knowledgeable, they care. I use their text app, call into the automated re-order system but if need a pharmacist get right through. I have experience getting the worst pharmacy service (Rite Aid types) and Walmart's. Can't give same ratings for the general store staff, the Pharmacy stands out. Many are surprised when I tell them about Walmart, don't be, use them. I belong to a mail in group for prescriptions and they are slow as can be. I only have one left with them and will transfer that one to Walmart eventually.

Let me tell you about a pharmacy tech named Kota. She's a hero. After a multi-day multi-tech/pharmacist struggle with CVS, Kota was able to solve my issue, transfer all of my daughter's meds over, AND have them ready all in one day. And it was a short day because it was a holiday. She's just incredible and super patient and sweet. All pharmacies should have someone like Kota. But they don't because there's only one Kota. And of all places, she's found at the Walmart pharmacy on Vista Way. Yeah, Walmart Pharmacy has kinda limited hours. Trust me, it's worth it to work around that. The absolute relief that comes with going to a pharmacy where the techs and pharmacists know what they're doing and aren't overworked and jaded is SO worth it.

Yesterday I went in to get my husband a refill on his diet medication and I asked the lady at the counter where the item was since you can get his stuff over the counter. The lady came with me to the isle to see if she could help me find it in the isle and she couldn't find it either. She sees her co worker Leti stocking the shelves in the pharmacy section and the pharmacy worker asker Leti if they had anymore and she said, oh no we haven't had these for months. I said thats not possible because I had just bought this here last month. Leti said no, we haven't sold this for months. I said to her didn't you just hear me? I bought this last month here. She then told me, your lying its not possible that you bought this here because we haven't had these in stock for months. We go back and forth and she says i work here i should know what is being sold here. I said i shop here all the time and i had this put on hold a month ago, you can't tell a customer they are lying, wether they are or not. Long story short i chew her out for bad customer service. I go to check out and go to leave and asked the lady checking the receipts where I make a complaint and the manager happened to show up a second later and i tell her what happens. This review is for that worker Leti who had poor customer service. She could have handled it better.

On hold for the third time!!! ThIs is THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! So happy I don't have deal with regularly. Ten minutes on hold is insane!!!!!

This Walmart is the worst! I was the only person for a few minutes waiting and listening to their personal conversations, while they could see me waiting to return one item. Then a man came up behind me to wait in line and one lady just slowly looked at me, took her time to wave me over with her finger and didn't say anything, but her body language and face gave me major attitude. Then when I got up there, she continued her conversation, no apology for having me wait or having any good customer service vibes. Here's a tip, don't hire people who give Walmart a bad rep.

If I can give negative stars to this place I would!!!!! The actual rating for this pharmacy would be -5 STARS!!!!! I arrived at this pharmacy on 03/10/2018 around 6pm and spoke with a pharmacist with the name of TOBY. He was very rude, obnoxious, presented awful customer service, and reluctance to assist me for my prescription. He stated "we are closing soon" as his first or second statement but let me remind that it closes at 7pm!!! I had at least 45min of time!!! He then asked had I ever been to a pharmacy at Walmart and off course I have. After pulling up old info he states "Long Beach?" and I answer yes but long ago. He then tells me he needs insurance information to give me the prescription pricing and I say sure its in the car. I asked is the prescription readily available or do you have to make it from scratch since I didn't have time to press. He then was either totally stupid or incompetent because he kept answering the question with a totally different answer that was not related to what I was asking. I finally broke the question down and he says he still has to pull it and count it. Guess how long that should take NOT the whole 45 min!!!! This idiot TOBY doesn't know my father is a pharmacist in another state so I have a good idea of how they operate unbeknownst to this moron. I go back to the car to only realize it was in my pocket and the fact I had my 4 year old daughter with me didn't help as she wanted to do other things. I go back inside WALMART again to the pharmacy to see an older couple trying to get some prescription as well and this time being helped by a girl named JESSICA. Then I go over to the other side where I saw TOBY trying to act like he was busy behind a computer probably watching porn or something I waved my documents to be helped and he gave me this tired look and pointed back at the window telling me non verbally to wait in line again!!!!! The nerve of this idiot. The couple then had to leave with no PRESCRIPTION!!! Supposedly due to insurance problem after waiting like 10 min that seemed like forever. I then go to JESSICA to whom I show her my document that had the medical group number and info on it but it was not the actual card. JESSICA who unfortunately didn't know much about computers alleged my insurance comes up declined!!!!! Just keep in mind I work for a public agency !!!! Now she is telling me I have no insurance. At this point I am doing everything to keep my composure. I tell her its way better than what anyone has at WALMART so how can I have no insurance especially after getting a prescription? JESSICA just looks at me stupid like a deer in headlights then tells me to my face that "Someone from Health-net" told her that. I then asked did you get the name and number and she off course says "No". I then said I expect alot more from this pharmacy and she just shuts up and starts saying yes sure, best route for her to take at this point. Then TOBY says can you just pay cash so I can get you going?. I then asked how much is it cash? I said see if you can call my insurance and get this resolved first if not then I will pay the $4.88!!!!!!! TOBY makes me wait and later starts shutting of the lights in the pharmacy after making me wait the remainder of the time. TOBY then hides behind the computer again. I had a question and I thought he was busy. I then look again to only see him staring at the computer like he was watching porn again. Like 5min before closing he finally jumps up and gets my prescription ready. JESSICA then tricks me as if I was ready but helps another old guy picking up. I then wait another 10min. Then she says its ready I tell her I expect better then telling me I have no insurance. JESSICA then proceeds to say yes sir. I pay with my card. As I leave I heard TOBY state have better insurance. If I didnt have a decent job with a public agency, have my daughter with me, and not inside the store. I would wipe this guys face against the very street

Leah has been an asset to this pharmacy for all the years I've been a customer here. The five stars are for Leah and her team. (Not the Walmart brand). Very lucky to have her. It's a great team here compared to other pharmacies and other Walmart pharmacies specifically. I especially appreciate that they know one of my doctors specifically because he has messy writing. Another location would have delayed a prescription I really needed, but I brought it to my usual people here at the Vista Way Walmart Pharmacy and they knew what he wrote. I don't love supporting Walmart or Walmart Pharmacy because they don't pay their employees a living wage. This bothers me every time I set foot through the door and I know it makes me a hypocrite for being a customer at all. Give Leah more money, please, and it will improve my feeling toward Walmart Pharmacies.
