Open until 11pm but customer service closes at 8pm so you can't make returns while they're open. Is that just this store or are all Walmarts like this?

The Walmart at 3405 Marron Rd Oceanside, CA consistently has shopping carts all over the parking lot making half of the parkings spaces unusable. Tonight I bought some 5w-20 mobile one full synthetic oil & after I got home I realized that the seal was broken and half of it was used.

Pharmacy employee Florida is very lazy and rude to customers. She acts very unprofessional towards customers.
