I'm rating curbside pickup. This Walmart is the worst. I'll be waiting here so long that I forget why I'm here. Last time I LITERALLY left because they were taking WAY too long. Like. Do you need to hire more people or are they intentionally moving in slow motion?? They walk out slowly. They load the groceries slowly. They do everything in SLOW motion. I'm not trying to be snooty but I'm genuinely concerned. It's not even funny. I usually do Target but they didn't have something I needed and I'd rather order from one store in one trip. At least the employees are nice I guess.

Some black guy wearing glasses and a Dragon Ball Z shirt with a beanie accused me and my friend of stealing, his reasoning? We came to Walmart twice. He was being extremely rude, making comments like "I'm not putting my hand in there" When I asked if he wanted to check my bag. At one point he was just trying to accuse us of anything he told me to open my bag, saw a pack of gum then asked if I stole it. Why the hell would I steal a pack of gum! I tried to show him my receipts but he refused to look at any of them, pointed at a random receipt on the ground that wasn't ours and asked "whats that then?" Why would it be ours! When he realized we didn't steal he didn't even apologize Maybe he was trying to be a good citizen but that does not explain why he was being so persistent and abrasive. I felt stereotyped because I'm a Hispanic teenager when things like this happen it hurts my heart. Honestly so rude!! Trader Joe's has better groceries.

i bought an exercise bike at Walmart that the meter never worked and the bike makes so much noise I can't use it in the morning because I will wake up my neighbors. I tried to return it because it is sold by a 3rd party vendor who would not respond to me the only option I had was to box up and take to ups store which is ridiculous when the bike doesn't fit in any box and is quite heavy for me nor do I have a vehicle to that it would fit in seeing that I paid for shipping to my house they should be responsible for picking it up from my house on the dime since it is not the quality they said it would be and items never worked on the bike. Walmart should not sell 3rd party vendors it they can't back them.

We arrived inside the store tonight at 8:04 pm. Customer service closed at 8. I didn't want to drive all the way back tomorrow, so I asked for a manager. Brian comes over & says there is nothing he can do Alison pulled her cash drawer and she has to be consistent with all guests on the closing time. When my husband and I walked in the store tonight Alison was walking out. So did she close customer service early? There is no way she could have pulled her drawer at 8:00 pm turned it into the cash vault and been outside at 8:03 pm. I was a cashier at Home Depot you have to count the drawer. Even though we had our receipt my husband said we could take store credit because we were just going to spend even more than we were returning. Alison said it was up to Brian. Brian says no and shrugs (like oh well). If it is up to Brian then they probably have accommodated guests in the past. I did ask if they ever made an exception but nobody wanted to answer. My husband asked for the store manager's phone number and Brian pointed and said over there. Alison says "what are you guys trying to return anyway" and proceeds to look through our stuff in the cart. Again, WHY would that matter if no exceptions are made? Walmart just lost a customer tonight. We are going to go back to return the items tomorrow and that will be the last time we step foot in a Walmart. We went to Target right after and guess what.. Returns is open until 10 pm. Another reason to shop at Target over Walmart! Oh and Target has Starbucks. I told the Target employees what happened at Walmart and they said "just come here!" Which is what we will be doing. EVERY employee we encountered was helpful and nice! That is how you should treat customers when you want them to spend their money at your store.

Customer service is terrible, I don't know why they have the Help buttons everywhere if when you push them nobody ever shows up to open the shelves, been waiting for over 30 minutes pushing a button and looking around trying to find an associate with no help

Walmart does not have a right to check your receipt at the door unless you voluntarily offer up your receipt. This is not Costco, you have not signed a member agreement agreeing to this. It's unlawful and uncourteous to the consumer.

Don't bother calling, spent 20 minutes trying to get through to the store about my pick up order but guess they can't be bothered. There are 50+ people working and they can't answer phones.

You always can find things that you need and things you didn't know you needed in Walmart. The produce in this store was very fresh. Super clean and everything is in its place. This store manager and staff take pride in this store. The people are so helpful.

A HUGE DIFFERENCE since I have gone back to this store... not in a good way obviously hence the 1star. The service was terrible today due to incompetent managers. I dealt with the "manager" Jessica who I had to wait for over 25 minutes to speak to. I was trying to recognize a couple associates who went above and beyond to help me because you don't find that often especially in a WALMART... and she walked past me TWICE! so unprofessional, I asked to speak to another manager and I was told they are on lunch. Typical response. I was then told by an online shopper that "compliments from customers don't go a long way here" bc I was in their way by waiting upfront... Walmart is a joke, SM should be EMBARRASSED!!Anyways shout out to Austin once again for excellent customer service! Also a huge thanks to Gloria for assisting me with garments for my husband, and thank you to Debby in the sporting goods!

I scheduled a curbside pickup with this location. The lazy employee that loaded my car, knowingly placed a very leaky gallon of milk in/on my carpeted trunk, without it even being bagged, (even though I approve the bag charge). What's part of my issue here is that the leak was so noticeable you couldn't pick up the milk without an active stream coming leaking from from the gallon, yet the attendant still placed it in my trunk because she likely didn't' want to have to go grab another gallon. I then had to waste about an hour trying to salvage the groceries, my carpet, and other very valuable items I had in my trunk. Then I drove back to walmart, to get the milk I paid for, and give them their leaky gallon back, and make management aware of my situation and the complete disregard this employee had for my personal property. If I could pull the carpet out of my trunk I wouldn't have been so upset, but unfortunately I can't pull my carpet out of my trunk it is attached in the Audi A3 to the tire hatch where your spare tire is stored. So i let management know why this was such an issues, since I now have to pay to have the inside of my car detailed, due to their employees overall lack of consideration, and laziness. After explaining this, management insulted me with offering me a 25 dollar store gift card. How in the word does that solve my problem? So what started with an attempt to make my busy day a little easier, ended up being what I had to spend most of my day handling, and now cost me money for something that they were responsible for. This branch should be looked into by corporate, the curbside has consistently been the worst experiences ever, the employees I encounter through curbside are rude, and lazy, and have NO consideration for your vehicle. I previously got a scratch on the back bumper, but chalked it up to an accident. It obvious now that this is a employee problem here. A franchise of this size should be able to handle a situation like this where damage was caused by their employees, far better than this.
