this is the closest wallgreen to my house, every time I call to see if my prescription is ready it takes more than 30-45 minutes hold to answer damn phone, automatic system never get my prescription number correct , so I have to request to talk to pharmacist. I am so pissed off i have Medicare and its very hard for me to keep on calling till be able to talk to someone and then find someone to drive me there . Hate it! If you have an option do not use wallgreen. Nooshin

Tried getting my prescriptions filled here but they kept answering the phone and hanging up on me. Terrible service.

At walgreens app. I ordered my prescriptions on 10-5-23 around 5pm. I requested same day delivery which was available if ordered before 7pm. And it was free delivery. 11am on 10-6-23 I called because is was not received. The pharmacy tech stated that they manually enter it and set it up for regular delivery by ups. So it won't be here for a couple days. When asked she stated that they did that because they use doordash and they charge. I advised her that they should state that on the app because if when people need their meds and order for same day delivery, they should get it. If it says free then they need to do it that way. So charge for that then. Then I mentioned that they double charged me. She stated that because it was ordered on the app then it was entered manually that's why it double charged. When they find that it was done it will go back into my account in 3 business days. What happens if I order $300 in prescriptions, then I'll be charged $600 which is alot and jave to wait the 3 days to get that back. The technician had no sympathy about it. She stated that this is how they do it. Then I mentioned that maybe I'll just change and have my prescriptions moved to CVS She said "ok." She was very unprofessional and this business practice is going to medically and financially harm someone if they needed that money to pay for something important and now have to wait 3 days. Checks could bounce because of it. People can get sick having to wait. Retrain you employees on how to be more understanding and charging people. This is not the first time I had been double charged.

Horrible experience. I went in and had a backpack on and immediately assumed I was a student and they told me to get out. That was the last time I go go that location . Before leaving an employee told the middle schoolers that they could not go in and they told that worker that they are racist (they were kids of color) and she pushed a shopping cart towards them and yelled “well you can go away” this is unbelievable

This is the worst pharmacy. My 90 year old wife has to wait in line , we switched back to vons. It’s definitely not good enough

This location is convenient for me.but they are always out of stock of so many things. Weekly ad stuff you cant get because right after the week starts they are out.

This has been a fantastic pharmacy for the 7 yrs I’ve gone here. Jeff has always gone out of his way to help me find what I need, explain medications, is always on the lookout for contraindications or drug interactions and has a dry sense of humor which I have always enjoyed. It took awhile to set up the auto fill originally, and at times had to set it up again when a refill was sent but then it improved. Most of the techs here are helpful and pleasant but unfortunately they come & go. I have recently had to transfer my prescriptions to a Walgreens in San Diego & let me tell you, I miss this place. Don’t realize how good you have it until you don’t. Thanks Jeff for everything, it was always a pleasure!

Absolutely hate this place. My 13 year old brother who has never even hurt a fly was with his white friends and my brother (Hispanic male) was followed by employees and accused of shoplifting. He even showed them he didn’t have anything in his pockets.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I’m sure being short staffed is not helping, however there are at least 4 employees working the pharmacy at a time. The pharmacist dismissed concerns and when asked about interactions with medications he assured me there was none yet effectiveness of them were severely changed. I’ve gotten calls that prescriptions are ready yet show up and still having to wait to be filled. Terrible customer service. Happy to have switched to CVS.

I had the pleasure of working with Luke, Summer, Helen, and Mohammad. Luke exhibited the utmost patience and courtesy while waiting on hold with Western Union customer service while my issue was resolved. Summer also waited patiently throughout the whole process to ensure my refund. Thank you both for your professionalism throughout the whole ordeal. The pharmacist Helen was a tremendous help. She has a very friendly and helpful disposition and advised to download an app for prescription discounts while I was picking up a medication for my father. Thanks to her she saved me over 75%! Everyone in the pharmacy is always a huge help, especially Mohammad. Thank you all for a remarkable experience!

forced to give one star!2:15 appointment for 2nd Covid Booster. At 2:30 I received a short 9 question form to complete and sign, taking no time at all. I was FINALLY given the vaccine at 3:00 pm... a full 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment - the one for which they texted me a reminder. I was seriously ready to cancel and leave. What's the point of making an appointment? Horrible customer service with a little aside of an apology. If you are in need of vaccines GO ELSEWHERE!

Trying to get medication from here is the worst we were trying to get her medication and they told us one week it was illegal to pay for a medication and then the next week we have to pay full price for the medication and then the managers were rude the Physicians were rude they did not want to do their job in order for a person to get their medication they make it literally impossible to do something
