The Pharmacy here is so unorganized and unprofessional! Every single time I come to pick up my medication after they call me to let me know it's ready, they say it's not ! They still say they didn't call me and I show them the voicemail they left me. They ask each other who call me and no one speaks up! Unbelievable! The lines are always so long through drive thru and inside. Changed my pharmacy to Rite Aid in Coast highway way better. Definitely recommend to do the same !

Why is a medication here cost 10 times the price, more than at Walmart. Example, approximately 3 wees ago. My Doctor wrotte a Perscription in office. Asked, where would you like to have it filled? I thought of the nearest place to my home. Boy, big mistake. I pull up to Walgreens drive thru, hand over my Perscription. $102.00. Few days later while picking up at Walmart i walked up to the Pharmacy and ask about the Perscription id had fille at Walgreens $9. Yes, $9. Yes, i walked to Walgreens to speak them regarding being robbed with out a gun. We didn't make the prices sorry.

I am very sick. My doctor tested me and i have Flu - A. My doctor told me it was essential to take two doses of Tamiflu today. She sent the prescription in at 2:00. She said it is very important that you take one dose as soon as you pick up the prescription and the second when you go to bed. I checked on the prescription using the APP and it said it will be ready at 4:30. Then at 4:30 the App said they were running late. To make a long story short, my wife was waiting for the prescription in the pharmacy. At 7:00 they slammed shut the gate and they were closed. You have got to be kidding me. This is the worst pharmacy.

WHOA...SOOOOOOO AWFUL! We are stunned how TERRIBLE the pharmacy is and appalling customer "service." On hold for ten minutes, they accidentally picked up and could hear them laughing..put back on hold. Finally answered and we asked to transfer my heart meds from another Walgreens (La Quinta..also bad) ..was on hold AGAIN, she rudely came back saying there's nothing they can do!!!!! Despite the fact that of COURSE they can transfer within Walgreens. You can google it!!! And we've done it. Called at 1:10 on Saturday, November 18 and the woman handling pharmacy calls AND the pharmacist on call should be fired. They were so rude and just totally refused to help. Walgreens has gotten SO TERRIBLE!!!!BUT...that said, we finally got through to a pharmacy in Vista who promptly transferred it! But wow to Oceanside. Weirdly entitled, awful behavior. People depend on assistance getting their medications...

They deserve less than 1 star, been here 6 times and keep giving them chances to get better with their service for pharmacy but they keep forgetting to fill my order or drive thru wait times are an hour. They can only give prescriptions when the main pharmacist is in site so even if they leave to the rest room they can't give you your prescriptions! What a joke of a place.

Wait time in drive through is horrible, the Walgreens associate tends to people in store rather then the drive through, been waiting in the front for help for over 10 minutes, multiple cars behind us turned their cars off. Every time we come, same outcome. Very disappointing.

Don't come here ,incompetent staff, pharmacy employees come an hour late from lunch prescriptions are never on time, posted hours mean nothing horrible horrible horrible don't go here this place needs to be shut dow

Absolutely the worst, most disorganized business I have ever been to.I waited in the Pick-Up line at the pharmacy for something they keep behind the counter. While standing in line for 35 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me, I witnessed them not only lose 2 customers' prescriptions, they also kept a guy waiting over 2 hours. He mentioned he'd tried to pick his up the day before and they still weren't ready even though they sent notification that it was done. Another customer complained they couldn't fill her pain pills because they were out-of-stock.Alas, they let customers mingle close to the counter while they called their doctors for updated medication info who didn't want to "lose their place in line"! So much for privacy, eh?!When I got to the front, their "system for pseudo-ephedrine" was down and they wouldn't let me purchase the decongestant I wanted. Overall, I rarely ever say this about any business, but avoid this pharmacy! It SUCKS.

3 employees in store and a line of 5 people at checkout and apparently front of line had some returns that meant nobody could check out because they were too busy talking to each other. After waiting 5 minutes and 0 assistance I just left. Also, the product I really wanted was out of stock anyway.

Worst pharmacy on the planet. First three months, my prescription was not ready when they said it would be. Had to come back every single time. Terribly understaffed. 45 minute wait minimum every time. Just a colossal waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

My online photo store of choice. They do a good job and let you know when the photos are ready. If you live near a Walgreens and want to get some photos printed then give them a chance. The cost is reasonable and they often have coupons.

Don't tell me.... again??? I posted MONTHS ago about TU at the Walgreens on Mission Avenue, Oceanside CA got the rxs from ER on/at least FOUR MONTHS AGO OVERRIDDEN from the insurances denial cause they were going on the normal (not emergency) time constraints. TU thanks again for assurring that the ER Doctor's RXS were ready for me that same day.

Absolute worst! Avoid!1 1/2 yrs I've heard staff shortage. Apparently they aren't ever going to fix this storage. I wait 45-1hr each time I go to get a prescription. I'm have hypothyroidism so I must take my thyroid tablet daily. Thus I must refill my prescription often. This place take forever and have said something is ready only to find its not. They never answer their phones, been on hold over an hour currently. Drive thru is rarely ever open. Pharmacist is randomly not there so when that happens it's a wasted trip because you can't pick up meds even though they are ready. They partial filled one scrip only 5 pills! and that confused the insurance so now insurance won't approve my other 85 pills because it's seen as fully filled. Walgreens error. It's thyroid medication, I need to take it daily. Just avoid this place. After 1 1/2 yrs it's obvious they aren't gonna improve. They've only gotten worse. An elderly man told me 65 yrs they've been like this. Sad.

i don't usually tend to leave negative reviews because after the pandemic and working in the medical field myself, i understand how most companies are short staffed and over worked but this pharmacy doesn't even deserve any type of consideration since they're not considerate when it comes to patient care whatsoever. i've been going to them for almost a year due to being the closest pharmacy to my house BUT every single time i've gone to pick up my prescriptions i've encountered so many issues and i was extremely understanding of them until the last incident i had. i take medication for panic attacks, i go every month and pick up my meds here and the last time i went they told me my insurance was out of coverage which was absolutely not true, i explained to the lady that i'm a military wife and that there's no reason why i shouldn't have my insurance active, she said she couldn't administer my meds and that i needed to get in contact with tricare so i did... tricare said they didn't understand why she would say that when my insurance had NO issues. they gave me all my insurance information so i called again... multiple times and no answer. The next day i decided to show up with all the information and they stated that it wasn't a problem with my insurance but their system and that my insurance benefits were not populating so they couldn't dispense my medication unless i paid out of pocket and the bill was $700. I explained to them Tricare told me to give them the pharmacy phone number line so they could tell them all the information and so they could see everything was good with my insurance and they would pay for it, they refused and told me to come back the next day. I called the tricare literally crying out of frustration because I was on my last pill and they were refusing to give me my meds unless i paid a ridiculous amount of money, they got ahold of the pharmacy and put me on a three way call and the pharmacist DENIED everything and said that i misunderstood them and that they would start prepping my meds right away... I literally heard him say it. 10 min later I get a text message saying the "pharmacy is getting my prescription ready". Now this month i'm having the same exact issue with my birth control. Seriously, stay away from this pharmacy.
