Pharmacist Makesh Makwana has now 3 times held up my prescription for medications to manage chronic pain due to rheumatoid arthritis. I can appreciate the need to be careful with opioid medications but I have a full team of physicians treating my conditions. He is clearly ignoring the orders of the prescribing physicians. He doesn’t know more than my team of well qualified doctors and shouldn’t supplant their care with his biased judgement.

Sad by its customer service. Normally they are very kind and helpful at Walgreens but at this store Lady was very comp. Ing wouldn’t help with the solution, and kept misdirecting me. my dad is 83 years old and she left them without any medication urgently needed for heart condition and she would offer a way to help to solve this and kept sending me in circles with physician and with insurance. That the Walgreens does this to patients.

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years, came in today to pick some meds the girl that rang me up had green eyes younger didn’t even give me all the medications and had an attitude .I waited in line and a girl with glasses helped me also had an attitude. I’m not sure if they hate their job or what, but that’s not the attitude to have.

The staff at the pharmacy is completely incompetent and rude. They yell at customers, fail to fill and keep prescriptions, and lose information. I will NEVER be using this pharmacy again.I’ve been waiting for my prescriptions that said they’d be filled a week ago now for over an hour after paying on my app and being in the express line

Checked into my Flu Shot appointment at 1pm, my flu shot appt was at 130pm. Though they were quite busy, they were helping people that got there after me, I had to wait 30min after my appointment to get my vaccine. Really disappointed at the customer service provided. "Squeaky Wheel" is an understatement here

The pharmacy staff are very rude! I know they are short-staffed, but they need to do something about it! Hanging up on the phone is very unprofessional! Someone needs to check on this one!

My son has been out of medication for days now. I called three days in a row trying to figure out what was going on. “Call back tomorrow we do not have that med” after them saying they would speak to the pharmacist. On the 3rd day I’m told the issue was with the prescription, they reached out to the doc days ago etc etc. Why wasn’t I made aware the first time I called? Oh the icing? They never called the doctor until I snapped. NOW there is the old prescription still there and the new one is “pending review” again. So I guess my child doesn’t get their medication. This place is a mess.

Rebecca was very rude to me for no reason and is a terrible communicator. My medicines are now 2 days late because she doesn’t know how to communicate. Will stay clear of this Walgreens because of her.

Worst place to come get prescription they take long to have it ready then you come to pick it up then they say you have to wait again Walmart is way better don't come here the workers are so unprofessional aswell

This pharmacy is painfully slow. I am Literally in a lot of pain and they take hours to fill a prescription. I try calling and sit on hold for about 15 minutes only for them to say they Worst pharmacy ever!

Awful pharmacy. The girl running the pharmacy register had a problem with literally everyone in line. Terrible terrible place. Avoid this place. They’ll get your prescriptions wrong then get an attitude with you as if you’re the problem.

Seems to be a very busy pharmacy and in my experience, totally dysfunctional, not a good combination. Employees are blatantly miserable. Can't say I blame them, there seems to be a lot turn over. Very under staffed resulting in long wait times/lines and often the drive though is closed due to staffing issues. Even though this the closest to my home I've changed Pharmacies. Advice...go someplace else

Photo department never has your pictures done on time. You order same day pictures, the email confirmation gives you an estimated time when to pick up, 6 hours later past the time stated on that email and your pictures are still not ready. No one answers the phone in photo department either.

Completely mismanaged pharmacy. High turn over, personnel and scheduling issues all the time. Don’t let a short line fool you… expect long wait times. I wonder what they do with all the unclaimed Rx piling up in this place. Heavy marketing policies just complicate things further. I’m going to have to switch to another Pharmacy further away from home.

Walgreens stopped distributing pills that help women because of a theoretical risk in Red states. They deserve all the bad press they are getting.
