I’ve been coming to the Viva to cash out my checks and send money to my family for about 3 years now and no one has ever stood out to me more than that one lady that I believe is named Ariana? She looks Arabic with long black hair. Regardless of the day she’s had she has always attended me with a smile and a great attitude. However I unfortunately cannot say the same thing for the rest of the employees there, her customer service is just unmatched. I have not seen her these past couple of days and I asked but was told that she wasn’t working with there anymore which is very unfortunate. Ever since she’s been gone I find myself having to wait in line for a long time. Ariana always worked fast and efficiently so that might have been why. I wish the owner would work with the rest of his employees so that they can have more people her Ariana.

I love this little market. It has a great selection and the little food court/local inside of it has absolutely delicious food! Great prices and the customer service is great. If ever in the area, pass by!

I have bought beef shanks and lengua from the meat counter both very fresh. Have also bought vegetables , good prices and very fresh. The place is fun to explore. I highly recommend it.

Do not come here such a disappointment.I can’t believe it come to a illegal people able to cash their checks with fake ID and only because the cashiers knows them they cash them but a American citizen was denied of cashing his legit check because of color.. really? They take picture of your ID and send it to a group of WhatsApp people “for what reason” that how people use their identity.I’m reporting of all this. This is racism, humiliation and they do fraud.People here can’t even speak the language was a customer for over 20 years what a waste that the employees treat people like trash. If you are The OWNER HIRE PEOPLE WITH MANNERS AND TRAIN THEM TO NOT DO FRAUD.

The marinated carne asada meat was salty, has no flavor and came out dry and hard like beef jerky after cooking it for a few minutes. Terrible.

Service was horrible. I am standing there they are looking at me but don't a knowledge me and go on about their business. There is no one around but me and I say hello is it closed and the man goes what do you need I am like yes can I get rice and carnitas and he is like rushing me asking me anything else and when I ask him can I get some cilantro and onion as well and he gives me an attitude saying that he knows what he should give me. I am like woah okay first of all you are giving me attitude and he goes think whatever you want do you need anything else? Like okay first they have me standing there for about 5 min and they see me there and I get service with an attitude and there are 2 of them.

Yo tengo años viniendo a esta tienda me encantan las tortillas y los vegetales solo que siempre tengo que esperar a venir en la tarde hacer mis envíos por que la chica de pelo negro largo que está en la tarde me resuelve rápido las cosas y buen servicio al cliente , solo que acabo de hacer mi envío el martes y no estaba ella ,tardo mucho la otra chica que estaba ahí , si le pido al dueño que mejore esos servicios gracias .

I'm a regular customer who comes every week. I've expressed concern to an employee about the meats. For the past 2 months I've bought Milanesa de res and every single time I've gotten the meat its been extremely dry. You can see the meat has rough crusty edges and starts going inside the middle of the meat. The employee told me the store manager would reach out to me and never did. I left my phone number and never got a call. This time aside from the meat being crusty I found 2 bugs inside my meat. I'm only giving 2 stars because I love my tortillas from here since they're fresh but I don't recommend buying your meats from here. They don't serve fresh quality meats any more. You can clearly tell from looking through the glass that the meats aren't good. Also keep in mind when I order I get a good amount of meat and because of the meat not being good I have to cut off more than half the meat. I spend money just to throwing out HALF the meat I buy.

Although the place could use a few more different items to pick from, it's still a decent store to shop at for groceries. Not bad prices, although the employees could treat customers better.
