I am extremely happy with the assistance I've received from the store manager, Jawan H. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. His dedication to customer service far surpasses what one would typically expect. This is the best customer service experience I've had with a Verizon employee. Overall, he's just a good dude. I definitely can see why he's in a leadership position.

Had to get a new phone while on vacation. Stopped by the Mission Ave store where Daniel waited on me. Such a nice guy. So helpful and understanding esp. dealing with an older person who doesn't always get it with the tech stuff. He found a great deal for me. I had to contact him two more times to try and figure out the phone. He was so good helping me. He showed me total respect and did not make me feel like an idiot or that I was bothering him. He really just wanted to help and make sure my needs were met and that I understood everything about the phone. Verizon, keep this young man, because there was one young man that didn't really want to help me when I came in one time and Daniel wasn't there. I just waited until I could deal with Daniel. (He also works at the Carlsbad store in the Sees Candy shopping center) Thank you Daniel for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Stopped here on a business trip due to an issue with my phone. Tim was great! He couldn't repair the issue but helped set an immediate appointment at the nearby warranty and repair store. Super helpful and a great experience.

The worst customer service ever. My mom is 73 years old. Their attitude towards the elderly and helping her with her new phone was heartbreaking. The young man was lackluster and lazy. We were told to go to Best buy and get geek squad to help with pairing her phone to her car. They wouldn't even try. Shout-out to Best buy who took their time for free to come over to the car in the auto dept to help and get the phone paired with my mom's car.

Zero star. Please take your business elsewhere. I went into this location back in March to take advantage of a promotion as well as move a family member to my line. It has been nothing but a huge headache. I have been charged for things I was not made aware of and it takes a great deal of time to "fight" with them to get any issue resolved. I regret ever walking into that store.

Excellent coverage, competitive rates, knowledgeable reps, user friendly app. Was with ATT, Comcast and consumer cellular before and Verizon beats them all!

I want to give a big thumbs up to Warren who works at the store. He helped me with a senior friend of mine, Glen. Warren was very patient and extremely helpful. It was quite a process to get the iphone back online correctly. Warren also helped with the Apple technical stuff. Thank you so much!!

Out of every single Verizon store that I have been to & used over the past 10 years. This location is by far has the worst bad attitude , lazy representatives from the MANAGEMENT down. They are terrible! You can feel the vibe when you walk in the door. The representatives are doing anything but plan on their own phones, unwilling to help the customers except for cells and activation fees. Don’t even ask for any other kind of help or come back for it because you’ll be very very disappointed. This is one of those examples of a business with employees that do not deserve employment.
