Worse service ever!!!! I cancelled with them and returned equipment within the time required.
I was told I would not have any extra charges and would be credited since they sent me a defective modem.
I just got a bill for $500 and called Verizon.
Customer Rep stated
my services were still active.
How? I have over 25 emails going back and forth for over a month with Verizon reps.
All equipment was returned and tracking confirmed it was returned.
I really do not understand what is going on with Verizon.
Worse experience I have ever had in my life with a Phone _ Internet Company.
They stated that it would be rectified.
Let's wait and see if they keep their word.

Very pleased with the professional level of service here. I did not realize another location was an “authorized retailer” (and why would the general population know this… that’s another review!). Jawan and team helped me unlock my account that 611 said they could not! When I walked in there was an immediate greeting and assistance. There were at least 4 staff on hand, all busy helping customers. Store had a good, positive vibe. Highly recommend this location for service and its next door to Starbucks for some coffee before or after ?

I have been here before with my senior aunt to help her with iPhone transfers. We have been Verizon customers forever and have been to this location multiple times where someone is usually really nice and helpful. Her husband just passed away and we went in to get help transferring his old iPhone. The young mixed guy who helped us had very poor customer service skills. Super rude and unhelpful. He was playing a video game on his phone and had an AirPod in while assisting us. He didn’t make eye contact and was overall rude. I was kind of shocked

I am extremely happy with the assistance I've received from the store manager, Jawan H. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. His dedication to customer service far surpasses what one would typically expect. This is the best customer service experience I've had with a Verizon employee. Overall, he's just a good dude. I definitely can see why he's in a leadership position.

Had to get a new phone while on vacation. Stopped by the Mission Ave store where Daniel waited on me. Such a nice guy. So helpful and understanding esp. dealing with an older person who doesn't always get it with the tech stuff. He found a great deal for me. I had to contact him two more times to try and figure out the phone. He was so good helping me. He showed me total respect and did not make me feel like an idiot or that I was bothering him. He really just wanted to help and make sure my needs were met and that I understood everything about the phone. Verizon, keep this young man, because there was one young man that didn't really want to help me when I came in one time and Daniel wasn't there. I just waited until I could deal with Daniel. (He also works at the Carlsbad store in the Sees Candy shopping center) Thank you Daniel for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Stopped here on a business trip due to an issue with my phone. Tim was great! He couldn't repair the issue but helped set an immediate appointment at the nearby warranty and repair store. Super helpful and a great experience.

The worst customer service ever. My mom is 73 years old. Their attitude towards the elderly and helping her with her new phone was heartbreaking. The young man was lackluster and lazy. We were told to go to Best buy and get geek squad to help with pairing her phone to her car. They wouldn't even try. Shout-out to Best buy who took their time for free to come over to the car in the auto dept to help and get the phone paired with my mom's car.
