Postman picked up 2 packages feom my mailbox 6/1/24 they were never scannned or delivered! This place has a bad history of 'losing' packages!!!

Horrible service!! Mailed my Ca tax return by certified mail on April 13, 2024, never received by Franchise Tax Board as of May 29, 2024. Tracking shows USPS still has my mail in Oceanside. Post office employee said the tax board uses 3rd party courier to transport mail to their office. So courier lost my tax return. TOTAL LIE, comfirmed USPS delivers the mail to their office. Post office employee had the nerve to tell me it was MY fault for the lost mail because I only sent it certified mail instead of paying over $10 fee to mail it.
Totally ridiculous! They also lie about package delivery. I get a text stating package delivered but no package. Package turns up 2 days later. They want their stats to look good.

I had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a USPS location. Keely was friendly and pleasant and helped with a package shipment within minutes. This location is an older USPS facility but don't let it sway you from going in! I recommend going here just due to Keely.

Third time within the past few years that I requested a mail hold and asked that the mail remain in the post office for me to come pick up. Yet again the carrier decided to deliver the accumulated mail instead of holding it at the post office. But, no mail was delivered. Where's my mail?

Have one tracking number with two different addresses. Asked for clarification, very unknowledgeable and would not put me in touch with some one who could help. The rudest person I have ever talked to.

The 'lose' my packages constantly. I scheduled a pickup and got confirmation that it was picked up from my mailbox... tracking never updated so now i can't even file an insurance claim. They have 'lost' 5+ packages this year already. At least scan it and then steal it so i can at least try and get my insurance back zzz thief's

Went in to have something shipped, I have never shipped anything so I didn’t know what to do. Mike the clerk helped me out. Explained the different options, was very professional, polite and patient because I had a lot of questions. He went above and beyond. Thanks Mike!!

Update to review:I submitted a mail hold once again 2 weeks ago and when I returned my mail was not delivered. I called the post office and asked why my mail was not delivered and they realized that they forgot to send the mail with the mail carrier and said they would send it "tomorrow". Again they forgot to send it "tomorrow". I called again and just said never mind I would pick it up and sure enough, there it was sitting in the post office, undelivered and on hold 3 days after my return date that I posted on my request. II'm away again this week. Let's see if they can get it right. If their track record is any indication of their success in following directions, I'm extremely doubtful my mail will be waiting for me upon my return.

What can you say about the US Post Office other than to review the people who work there. The place that I go to have always been friendly and helpful so I recommend the place where I go in my neighborhood which is in Oceanside on the west side of Interstate 5, on N Brooks Street.

I’ve been having issues with this office sending mail back saying invalid address (some of which were time sensitive documents) the excuse I received was maybe the address was written incorrectly,which would make sense if I hadn’t received half an Etsy order while the other half was returned.

The manager Tracy Gray is the worst manager I have ever in my life encountered. Worst customer service, she was cussing my out to my face when I was inquiring about my mail. I have filed a complaint and will also report to the local BBB. In addition the mail man constantly delivering to the wrong address and just throws my packages in my yard and doesn't care where it lands. This is got to be the worst and I mean the very worst USPS in San Diego. Be careful with your confidential mail because several of my private letters have been opened. Zero stars for the management!

I had a package said to arrive requiring my signature and the driver didn't even show up to the house. They decided it was easier for them to just write "no authorized recipient available" and went on about their day. Additionally, I set the rescheduled delivery for the next day and it has updated and have gotten no further updates. this post office is the most slow and has the most inconsistent deliveries I've ever dealt with.
