I used to come here for my packages and mail but now I just have my mail come to my unit. The staff was friendly, but the reason that I quite coming was that I didn't like Michelle hitting on me.YUCK!I also found her to be creepy!

I absolutely hate going to the post office because it’s confusing and I always felt like they just wanted to take my money rather than help me figure out the best options. This is by far the best post office I’ve ever been to. I specifically go to this one regularly because the ladies are SO nice, helpful and they think outside of the box. They help educate and don’t assume you know everything. I look forward to going to this post office. These ladies put a smile on my face every time! ?

Michele was abrapt , short and sort of snooty. I would have rather gone to another post office. They had a lunch sign and was late. Everyone was being nice to her and even the lady infront of me. Felt like she was bothering her and had moved to the side. Not coming back to this location. I would have rather worked with Kelly. She seemed more cheerful.

One of the most reliable Post Offices in the neighborhood. The staff is friendly, efficient and supportive of an individual's needs. No matter the package of your item. The priority is to their customers. Helped me on many frustrating occasions (to no fault of their own) Passport dilemma out of the control of the Post Office.

I miss my guy that retired first and foremost, he was the BEST I've known at this post office!! Super friendly, a pleaure to see AND always made time for small talk!!The CON : I don't agree with the blue card (for package delivery) circling around everyones boxes, with everyones box number and last name on it who has previously recieved a package. With me questioning it, and knowing I had a problem with it, good customer survice would've taken my name off the card. Instead she said that's just how it's done now and that was that I guess. Please update your package delivery notification slips. If staff has that big of an issue getting packages right, I'm not opposed to showing I.D ✌?

Not the friendliest place. Brought my service dog and because he didn’t have a vest we were denied. He had his collar and I had my papers. Not an accessible post office for persons and their service animals.

We have been coming here regularly for our mailing needs. " Steve" is the man! He's always so cheerful and very helpful. He greets everyone and ask how their day is going and ask him any mailing questions, he got you! One of the best customer service ever!Thank you so much!.

This is a small local post office, for the most part being operated by two postal clerks that are as friendly and helpful as could be. During my first several years experience there it was operated by postal clerks “Rev” & “Yvonne” , both very kind & helpful until retirement. The post office is now being operated by newer postal clerks to the Seagaze, Oceanside location “Steve” & “ Michelle”, both extremely helpful, kind & friendly. I can’t say enough about both of them. They both take pride in their job performance, as well as both seem to love working for USPS and serving the local community of Oceanside. Both “Steve” & “Michelle” always great you with kindness, smile treating you as if you are a friend.Michelle is as adorable & sweet as can be!Steve is a friendly, handsome fella as well.I can reassure you that any negative reviews about this locations or it’s postal clerks are only coming from “Those” people that are already miserable searching for something daily & ridiculous to complain about before stepping out the door. There are always some of “Those” people regardless where the complaint may be lodged !Just pray for them & disregard the rest of their negative BS :)After years of customer experience at this location, with past & present postal clerks.I highly recommend the USPS Oceanside, 517 Seagaze Dr location if you are looking for a warm & welcome local Post Office that you will actually enjoy doing business with as I have for many yearsThis review is the least that I could do for the appreciation that I have for my Post Office & Employee’sGod Bless all y’all#463

Most postive postal experience ever. Steve is wonderful. So helpful and so patient as he guided us through figuring out multiple shipping issues. Nice people are the best.
