Worst bank ever. SKETCHY! They are irresponsible with peoples money. I am still waiting for them to resolve an issue created by the bank manager, Cassandra's INCOMPETENCE. She keeps passing the buck. They are covering up for eachother at the customers expense! DO NOT BANK HERE!

US Bank recently required that I close a line of credit. Long story on why, but it was originally opened to cover having to pay the monthly checking account fee. Two different representatives at this branch assured me that with automatic deposit and an average minimum balance of $1,500, I would not be charged. Allison told me "all old accounts are grandfathered into new policies" and it was a "one-time error" because "the system was down." She also promised to "dig a little deeper.. just in case." Well, I'm still getting the monthly charge. I'll try getting this resolved at another branch... or take my banking elsewhere.

I found Juan's assistance at the old Grove US Bank branch extremely helpful and he was able to answer all my questions and assist me in a timely manner and his customer service was outstanding. There's some things I'm much more comfortable with speaking to someone in person rather waiting for sometimes vague and incomplete answers online.

Anthony Tran at the Oceanside branch was amazing. Opening a CD for the first time, he walked me through everything and was very knowledgeable. Anthony was professional and went beyond the scope of his job.

Horrible experience with Elizabeth R. today. Not welcoming very rude and condescending. Seems like she just did not want to work. Very disappointing. I think they need to change her title from "Client Relationship Consultant" to "No Client Relationship".

Worst Bill paying than any other bank.....you can't pay your bills on time it's up to when they want to send them!!! Bring back Union Bank it was flawless

Felt bad about Union Bank merged with U.S. Bank however just to flex my client consultant Anthony Tran for making it easier and helped me tremendously. Pls ask for Anthony if you ever need anything. As I came to my appointment, I saw this guy ( another consultant) who doesn't smile after I smiled at him and prayed that he will not be my agent otherwise I will leave ( with no customer service at all ) however when he directed me to Anthony who was very helpful and made me comfortable and decided will stay with U.S. Bank ( Old Grove Rd. Oceanside). It's all about customer service and making them happy and kudos to Anthony....

Stay away from this bank. They took over union bank and they're super slammed. Had only one teller working the teller area. Super nosey teller. Just cash the check I brought and give me my money. Stop the small talk and trying to get into my business. Fees fees fees.

The bank set up of this branch was ridiculous,no open tellers windows,. Employees were all sitting down with their own desk. I felt completely weird , went you entered the premises you felt you are inside a regular office. NOT A BANK .

Reidy Creek Mens Club(golf club) has had a checking account for 16 years w US Bank. We received a letter from their Audit Department telling us the account was being cancelled. We talked to the main Escondido branch but they could not help us. Our actual branch manager called and said he would try to help us get more info. We filled out new paperwork for him and he said he would ask that the acct remain open til we got approval from the audit department. The account was closed anyway. We filled out an additional Beneficiary statement and the manager was still hopeful we could get reinstated. we received a final cancellation notice 2 days later along with a check for our funds. Never heard back from the Bank Manager Due to this experience I cannot recommend this bank to any club or organization. Existing customers beware, they cancel with no apparent reason.
