DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE!!This company does not treat their customers with respect at all. the owner does not have patience and does not care about other people. i am visiting California and was trying to sell one of my things the store is 50 minutes away from my uncles house and the owner did not care what so ever he then asked for a much lower price because i couldn't get there that day! because our family had interference's which limited them to drive far that day including gas and everything. when i tried telling the owner this and apologized that i couldn't make it, his response was "keep your bag kid" he continuously kept telling me this and kept calling me kid. he should not be treating his customers with disrespect like this. The company ended up blocking me from their social media because i couldn't make it there today and yesterday. ive never had any problems with any other company and never ever written a bad review but this company deserves a very very bad review. think about your actions next time before you upset another customer like me. that is why i give this company a one star if i were you i would not waste your time at this store. the owner acts like a complete child and is very immature!!!!!!

Picked up some fire kicks and the shoe cleaner works flawless. You need to understand urbn's product. This isn't a shoe store that sells 80.00 nikes you find at mervyns. All the shoes are limited releases shoes and hard to find so don't lowball the store they need to make money as well. The barber shop is fire. But don't try a walk in. They are always busy.
