1 star for the 2 incompetent individuals that deserve to be drafted for better use. There is a store guest wifi, they lie to your face and then smugly imply it's your fault that you can't use cellular reception to cover their inabilaty to do their job. In my professional life I have never just said I don't know without seeking the answer and maintaining proper decorum.

$3.26 for printing one page black and white…. Insane….if any price was posted that it would cost that much for a single page I would have not even come. Last time I’m coming to this UPS store
Edit in reply to the business owner. No other UPS Store gouges like this for a single black and white print, in addition to that the price being charged was not disclosed until the transaction was completed. This issue is not about “overhead or quality “ but straight forward price gouging and crooked business practices. I will no longer be taking my business to this UPS store and will be going to other local UPS stores which do not employ these shady practices.

Very unreasonable printing price. We went and print a single page and was charged 3$. They told us there is 3$ initial fee. It does not make any sense, the cost on the printer and ink is based on the papers you print and the initial fee is completely unfair. If they told us beforehand we would not print at all!!!!

FYI small business owners- They won’t ship on corporate accounts anymore. You have to go all the way to San Marcos or print the label yourself.

I’m a fan of the self-service Amazon kiosk but not when I scan 4 returns then it needs me to package the 5th. I clicked start over and didn’t get a receipt for the 4 scanned items. Bummer. BUT associate Bryce came to my rescue and gave me the personal attention I was needing right then. Thanks, Bryce!

The staff at this location are amazing! In the wake of a family emergency, I had to ship out numerous large and heavy items and boxes. I was treated with care, kindness, and so much understanding. All during the days leading up to Christmas!Annette in particular was a shining star, and went above and beyond with helping to sort and pack the nine family heirloom framed pictures/paintings I brought in. I was at a complete loss on what to do, and Annette gave such wonderful guidance and when I opted for the store to do the packing she treated every item with such care. Her compassion spoke volumes about herself and the wonderful people working at this store.

My favorite UPS store location because the employees are fantastic! But BRYCE is one of the most OUTSTANDING UPS Employees I’ve ever encountered- in fact, he’s clearly just an outstanding individual, who had a great work ethic and an even better attitude! This review has been a long-time coming because I’ve been frequenting this UPS store location for 2 years now, mostly because Bryce is top-notch and always greets me with a smile and is so patient and attentive, even when the line is out the door and it’s super busy! His consistent kindness and positive attitude truly stands out in a culture where people don’t seem to care about courteous & attentive customer service anymore!Just to speak volumes about the exceptional person Bryce is: When I asked for his name to write this review, He wrote down his & his coworkers name: Annette! And Annette is awesome too, don’t get me wrong, but the fact that Bryce was watching out for Annette when I was only concerned with elevating him, shows his commitment to his team and to put others first! Wow! A rare gem! Give Bryce a well deserved pat on the back & a raise cuz Is he even human?! ;)
