Toni Lancome absolutely amazing. Professional. Efficient. Respectful. Great smile! Great personality. Smooth. Charisma! All around fantastic service. Ask for Toni when you come to shop. She even helped me check out via her handheld portable til. I was able to sit in a comfy chair and chill. She even went to search and retrieve a product I wanted that I noticed on sale on the website. She is excellent! Thank you
Plus she even ensured I got my coupon honored without me having to double check with her in store. I checked on my receipt just now outside the store and it's all good! I vote for Toni to get a raise and a promotion. Toni deserves to be honored for her diligent hard work. Style pizazz and grace. You go gurl!!!

This place used to have very friendly girls working here and being kind to customers. My experience with Alex felt like I wasn't welcome at all. Fortunately this is not the only place where make up can be purchased.

Rebecca at the Oceanside Vista Way Ulta is the best!! Being total novice at lipstick choices, but knowing that I did not want to look like a clown, Rebecca, like I true friend I had never met, took the time to not only educate me, but took LOTS of time trying different lipstick colors on me. I FELT HELPED & seemed to find a new friend. Now when I go into the Oceanside store, I look for her! She is the BEST! Thank you Ulta for allowing your clerks to work with customers in this manner!!

I'm not sure what it is about this location, but the perfume by the door when you walk in is so strong, that it's sickening, the makeup displays especially for Florence by mills are trashed and the testers are filthy! The entire store reeks of chemicals, I'm suprised they Don't carry any clean beauty products here, I only saw older women buying expensive makeup here.
The staff aren't very friendly or make you feel welcomed like they do at sephora, I didn't get a sense of professionalism either.
I hate to complain but this store isn't living up to my expectations, I normally avoid makeup stores in general because I'm allergic to chemicals in products, though it's so weird when people look at you funny when you have allergies to the products they sell, I hope ulta changes it's product line up soon and trains it's staff better, maybe even renovate this store because it looks so trashed, and they definitely need better ventilation for all the perfume and heavy chemical smells wafting in the store.

I love coming here to get my hair done but it's always so so cold and freezing that I need to bring an extra pair of warmer clothes to change into because if I just wore my warmer clothes normally I would be sweating outside.
