“Needed a motorized lawn thatcher - they had several and provided one with a powerful Honda engine - yard guys helped load it (heavier than a lawn mower) and the machine made fast work of a 600sf Bermuda lawn that needed thinning. I was able to return it within the 2-hour minimum and they happily refunded the difference. The office guys are really good at customer service as well.”

“I have been renting from Budget Truck at their Oceanside Blvd. and Vista locations for years. Never have had a problem. Good selection, good service and friendly people. Yesterday, I hadn't rented in a while and the attendant asked, "have you rented with us before?" and I said sure all the time and when he asked my name, he said, "I recognize the name, we have your drill." I had left my Makita in the truck...two years ago and the owner Dennis tried to contact me, unsuccessfully, but still hung onto it. I got my drill back today.
