We used this place a few times .. When my wife came in to pick up my work shirts as she usually does.. One of my very best Brooks Brothers work shirts had two large stains they looked like burns according to my wife.. The management there said those stains were there before. That was a obvious Lie as they would have not accepted it. They would not admit to ruining my shirt this is very dishonest behavior to a good customer and I recommend no one go to this place has these people are not honorable people if they’re going to ruin a shirt they should at least admit it. RUN do not walk to somewhere else before they do it to you!

Gentlemen was very friendly I brought it 7 weird jackets for dry cleaning and he got them out in a week and charged $74 for all of them They're clean and I'm happy! Thanks for the great job

100 percent satisfied. The older gentleman and his wife I believe, are really nice. They are super friendly and are straight up if they are able to do the wash or not. i highly recommend coming to the place. Good place to support a local business!

This place is Absolutely AWFUL!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. unless you want to get bad service, over charged and get ruined clothes in return. Brought in my high quality coat and when I came back to pick it up, it was full of lint, the material looked looked ruined with a lot of pilling. When I told them that it looked terrible, the man yelled at me and told me to go to the store and buy another one if I was so unsatisfied. I didn't feel that the work was worth $15. They shouted at me and threated to call the cops on me if I didn't pay the full amount in that instant instead of complaining. I said go ahead, I don't care and they immediately calmed down in shock or something. I don't know what they did to it, but the work looks so ugly, in worse condition than it did when i dropped it off and they charged me a whopping $15 for nothing. Very unprofessional and dishonest place. Never going back. Would give 0 stars if I could.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. We only bring things that need to be dry cleaned or tailored here. Love this place. The lovely couple that owns it are always very polite and can have a next day turn around when asked to. I will keep coming back.

Went in today since they never hemmed up my 4 pair of pants that I paid for. They refused to fix them since I didn't come right back to show them their mistake. I was in the middle of moving and got sick afterwards so haven't made the time. Also paid to have them clean my coat and they couldn't get the stain out. They suck and they are dishonest. I paid 155 dollars and got maybe 30 dollars worth of work. Also, he laughed at me when I said I didn't want to have to do a charge back and just wanted him to have his wife do what she was paid to do.

This place is the worst. The lady tailoring my brand new shirt had a sample shirt to go by, cut the new shirt way too slim, and they didn't take responsibility for it. The guy was borderline hostile.

Absolutely horrible. Went to pick up my items....one wasn't to be found, the other was covered in lint and human hair. Ended up getting my second item the following day (and of course it was the day after I needed it). I was not even offered an apology. However, they did charge me full price.
