I love the RSQ pants!! Also their board shorts are great. Sometimes they have a clearance sale where board shorts are less than $10 per pair which is awesome!! 💯

Mad Discounts! Friendly staff very helpful with dressing room and checking out. We bought lots of tees, shorts and pants last week! They were all ON SALE!! My boy loves shopping here. We have avoided OUTLET stores because the stuffs are new old stock. Rather shops new stuffs with discounts. I got myself something as well. I'm older now but I still find something that look right for my age. Go shopping!!

Pretty good experience for me, staff was helpful, but they let you do your own thing. Lots of products to choose from and a lot of 30% discount. Pretty open and well stocked store.

Idk what the deal is but almost every time I come to this particular store, employees are incredibly rude and obnoxious. I would much rather pay for online shipping and wait a couple days for delivery than support the poorly managed store and rude staff

Understaffed or poor customer service,waited around at least 15 mins waiting to get asked if I needed help, girl walked by me twice and didn’t get asked if I needed help with anything. Noticed the workers spend almost the time in one spot. Good store and products just need to work on walking the whole store to check on customers for assistance.

My daughter bought a backpack on their website She never received it. I call a lot of times to open a claim and they just close it. I call like 5 times and they did not care. They said it was delivered but it was not. I think they lost the backpack but did not want to give me a refund. They just stole my daughter's money, they are money hungry. I had to buy my daughter another one at the store. It was $80 dollars. My daughter was crying cuz she really wanted that backpack. She wait and wait and never came. I wish they stop doing that to little girls, shame on them for stealing the money.

Contemporary clothes - this store used to have a nice assortment of clothing, including Hawaiian themed items for my grandsons. Now everything has skulls, bones and hard edge graphics - no more shopping here for me.

This is the fourth time that I've had a bad experience in this store. I have had racist encounters in where I come in and they don't acknowledge me, or when I'm at the cashier they don't even look or talk to me. But when a white person walked in they are treated completely different. Horrible never coming back again.

Currently (1/2022) this location is operating at 15 person capacity. Meaning only 15 ppl allowed in the store. The idea an arbitrary number w/no science to support it stops COVID is a degenerate concept. So if 16 people are in your establishment COVID attacks. CDC say: 1. Cloth mask don't work. 2. 6 ft is not proven to reduce infection. Stay woke Tilly's!! I won't shop here again.

We were shopping at this store the other day, on the front door cal. Mandate says everyone must were a mask. When entering the store I saw that half the people where not using a mask . These none wearing mask people are part of the problem. I am part of the solution and proud of it . We will not be shopping at tilllys again.
