Mary Ann was amazing! She was super helpful and kind! We got our washer delivered, hooked up, and our old washer hauled away the same day we bought our machine. We're very happy we chose this store.

I had the best experience with Appliance Outlet's Oceanside store and highly recommend them, whether you're looking for a deal on open box appliances or brand new ones. To be clear, "open box" doesn't mean used -- it's just their term for the scratch & dent ones that are still serviceable and have a full manufacturer's warranty.After a really crummy day dealing with the big box retailers for a dishwasher purchase, I decided to visit Appliance Outlet. Mary Ann went out of her way to ensure I found an excellent option with exactly the features I wanted. I purchased an LG QuadWash that I'm very happy with, and since another store was having a sale, they made sure to price match. Thank you!!And...while I was there, I also found a great deal on a matching Whirlpool washer & dryer! The very minor imperfections in the finish were fine with me. Heck...I'm sure my busy family will add a few scratches of their own in no time.In the end, while I only went in desperately seeking a replacement dishwasher, I got 3 appliances late on a Saturday afternoon, and the installer had them all installed (with the old ones hauled away) by Monday afternoon. Yes...48 hours!! The installer was very nice, knowledgeable and hardworking. Thank you Appliance Outlet. I'll be sure to recommend you to others.

They Appliance Outlet was great to work with. Mary Ann in particular went out of her way to find me the right appliance at a great price. She looked at every option and spent a lot of time with me. It was a real pleasure to work with her. I will be returning for other appliances.

I know it's an appliance store but a friend told me that they sometimes have patio furniture. So after having sticker shock at local furniture stores I thought I should check them out. Wow! I got two massive patio chairs, that are of such high quality, with a big Sunbrella (high quality outdoor fabric) cushions for $75 each. The cushions alone would cost that if not more. Seriously. I am thrilled! $150 for 2 chairs!! WHAAAT?? And not just any patio chairs, these look & feel like they'd be at least $450 each at any other local store! And Mary Ann was the best! So helpful Ana fun! I would highly recommend this store and Mary Ann! She's going to contact me when a certain washing machine comes in, too!

We came home from vacation to discover that our refrigerator had died while we were gone. It was horrifying to throw out hundreds of dollars worth of food. Plus the house smelled like rotting lettuce. I cleaned it out and then, got on my computer to find an appliance store with good ratings nearby. I found The Appliance Outlet in Oceanside. Their prices were amazing. I chatted with Rafael for a minute and decided to drive down to see for myself. To my surprise, Rafael was actually on-site. They have excellent prices on scratch and dent "open box" items. I mentioned to Rafael that I had done some research and that Whirlpool was considered the best brand. He showed me a non-dented refrigerator that was exactly what I was looking for. He gave me a discount for having chatted via their website which covered the taxes and delivery fee. The two guys who delivered arrived two hours early! They installed the new one and took away the dead one in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend The Appliance Outlet. Ask for Rafael, he will take good care of you.

After going to a few of the major chain hardware stores to buy a washer and dryer, and not getting very good help at any of them, I decided to try out the Appliance Outlet in Oceanside. From the moment I walked in, Rafael was extremely helpful. He helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for, and along with Marianne, they both made the process super easy and stress free. By the next day, I already had the washer and dryer installed and the old ones hauled out. From start to finish it was a superb experience.

Nice people very helpful and not pushy gave them the dimensions that would fit in my kitchen and they showed me the refrigerators that were in stock and delivered the same day delivery guy was great and friendly thank you guys for the great service
