Customer service was OK and it was a standard Target experience. My lower than usual rating was the hygiene in the bathroom. The worst target bathroom I have ever seen. The floor was soaked in urine which was being tracked by everyone out into the store. You could see feces on the floor as well. There is no way any store manager who cares about their reputation would allow this. If I was an employee would I wash my hands in there---probably not. But I will go and work in the food court or grocery. You get my point, this is how you get people really sick. I am sure Target corp. cares about this and will take care of it.

Jayden is amazing!! he is such a team player, my husband and i came in tonight and there was the longest line ever and only one cashier with the self check out closed. he helped his coworker out, dealt with a karen who didn't understand his lane closed after us because she was "already there" and managed to remain positive and helpful the whole time and even reopened his lane when the line eventually got huge again. give this man a raise lol.

This Target is overall pretty solid. There's a hot dog/elote guy in front too. They closed all the self checkout lines so there were long checkout lines, so then they decided to open the self checkout lines. Why did they even close them?! I got a pair of cute socks but then discovered at checkout that it was just a single sock...so then I had to go back and get a real pair.

A cashier was very condescending to me when I was buying wine. I came here to buy some limited edition wine for my moms birthday, since she LOVES it and this was the only store nearby selling it.I understand I look young (I'm 22) so I always have my ID out and hand it to the cashiers before they ask. I did the same to this cashier, and she looked over my ID for 15 seconds and kept looking up at me. She finally said "you look REALLY young to be buying alcohol." in a very pointed way implying my ID was fake. She finally scanned my ID and handed it back to me. Then she asked me, "you throwing a party?" since I was buying six bottles. I explained that no, it was a birthday present for my mom and this was the only place I could find selling them AND they were sold out online. She scanned my bottles and I paid. As I was putting my bottles in my cart, she says "I hope you're not planning to drink these all tonight." Excuse me?? I wish I would've said something to her but I walked away. I felt SO embarrassed because she did this in front of a line of customers, and was so so rude/condescending the entire time. I was just trying to stock up since these were limited edition. I was so excited to give them to my mom and this interaction took away some of my excitement. I completely understand wanting to looking out for fake IDs, but there was no reason to make those comments and act so rude. Maybe she was trying to joke with me, but she was very monotone and did not smile at all. If I ever come back here I will not be buying alcohol so I can stay away from her.

Customer service is terrible unfamiliar with their items and products for Motorola phone. With your looking for a 5G stylist 2023 your phone providers do not have a clue of what is in stock.

This is the nearest target to where I stayed in the area when I was out here last. It was pretty busy and messy. Honestly a bit dirty and smelly. I'm sure it has to do with the customers as well and not just the employees. It is not my preferred Target; I just needed to pick up a few thigs as my little one had an emergency and we had to pick up a t-shirt and pants. I can't say much for the associates as I didn't ask for help, I just looked around for what I needed. To top it off parking was crazy and there were dirty diapers on the floor and throw up which was so gross. We won't be coming back here at all.

This location can be a hit or miss in the customer service area. Some days I'm wowed by how helpful they are, while other days there'll be like 5 staff members just socializing and completely ignoring the customers. I will say I'm loving the their "representation matters!" I'm seeing them displayed and promote a lot more people of color. For black history month they have a full display up of different designers and artists to help celebrate the cultural. During Latin heritage month they did the same thing. That really put a smile on my face, so thank you Target!

This target is a HOT MESS.... There were clothes and shoes all over the store. Employees were doing nothing to clean it. The military discount offered is a joke. You have to go through several steps just to be able to use it only 2 times. (Not necessarily the store's fault) I've been in MANY Target stores, and this one is a disgrace.

I got a Target card since my daughter was going to college. I have her as a joint user so she has her own card. If she needed anything food, clothes, household items, etc they would be readily available to her. It's been great to use so far. I've had items delivered to her quickly because she doesn't have a car and sometimes transportation takes to long. Today my daughter is going back to college as a graduate working for the school. So proud of her. She went to make a payment on her card so that she can take advantage of the discount when you use your Target card and earn gift cards. She asked the associate twice would it be made available right away and she was told YES. She went to place an online order the next day and it told her she didn't have enough funds. I checked the balance and it only showed $40 available. My daughter has her receipt of the $500 payment made. I called Target this morning and was told by supervisor giselle that payments take 24-48 hours to go through. I said she made her payment in cash. She said it takes 24-48 hours to go through. I said I've made payments in cash and they were made available immediately and my daughter asked the associate who took her payment before she made the payment would it be available and the associate told her YES. The Target supervisor giselle said unfortunately the stores don't have the same info as the online people do. WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS THAT! She told me it changed a couple of months ago. I'm like ok well the associates at the store should have known a couple of months ago. That is a real inconvenience to customers. Now my daughter is having to spend money elsewhere (not at Target) and extra money that could be going to something else because Target can't merge the information to their associates to match the info that is online. This makes no sense at all. This does not sit well with me at all. I'm paying my card off and will no longer be shopping at Target. I asked the supervisor was there a way to override the payment she said no. I asked the supervisor is there a way to give her a credit, give her a gift card, raise her spending limit and was told NO to everything. I asked was there someone ask I could speak to and was told no one could help me and I would have to wait. To me, This is an easy fix and for the amount of money this company makes (communication should be #1 on their list). Target doesn't have an email on their app to make a complaint or to leave a positive review it's only on products. Not happy Target, you all should have done better and communication is key.

This Target has been a solid place for us to go so far since we moved to the area. We usually are able to find what we need and the workers are always very friendly and willing to help. We have also used drive up a couple times now, and the workers are quick and friendly as well. There was one worker who wasn't very friendly in the food area when we asked him a question, he said "I don't know where that is, I don't work in this department". I don't think a worker should just turn a customer away like that. They should have found someone to help us.

When we were looking for a local Target to get a couple items we'd forgotten to pack, I noticed this did not get as great of reviews as the other in town. I don't see why, though. The staff was super friendly and the shelves stocked. We genuinely had a great time here and found just what we needed. We liked it so much that we returned again when my husband needed an extra pair of swimming trunks and socks. Again, we were greeted, the store had what we needed, and there were plenty of cashiers available to get us in and out. I'd recommend stopping here. The parking lot of huge with ample parking and you'll find just what you need.

Do not waste the next 2 hours of your life as I have just done. I had a target gift card that had 25 on it, and had to make an email address change-all other acct info stayed the same. Since I was unable to decipher the heavy accent of the person who answered the phone I asked to be transferred to someone else. She said she was not allowed to transfer me to an English speaker. It only went downhill from there and I won't bother you with the details except to say I will be shopping elsewhere from now on and cancelled the present order. Absolutely awful customer service-if I could give it a zero I would. A recent hospitalization has made it impossible to run simple errands so I will be spending the next few hours checking out options for seniors. Hope your experience is better than mine!!
