If I could give this business a zero I would. That have absolutely no idea what customer service is. They order you to sit down and wait instead of politely asking you to sit down while you wait 20 minutes for your receipt. Then because you want to complain about his customer service, the manager of the store will yell, along with his friend ( that is posing as a customer) , they scream to sit down as if your in a nazi war camp. The manager yelled sit down or you will get receipt. I am a calm Christian man and I am appalled that there is customer service like this. I have been in retail for 49 years and never treated anyone like that, What is this world coming to anyways?God Bless Everyone and hope you do not encounter this. Please do not go to this establishment for your own sake.

Today I went to the store to get a new phone this guy that take care of me at night on 9/19/23 , Poor service , My English in not perfect but I try my best , He was like an hurry like pushing me to finish fast , Bad experience !!! For me customer service not good ? I pay ? is not like they giving me free ?

Met by customer service as we walked in the door.We were being served within 5 minutes by Preston Bishop.Excellent service.I would recommend this site for all T-Mobile services.

Was just in the store to transfer a few line from a personal account to a new business account. Walter did an awesome job. He helped setup the new business acct and then did the transfers. I am so please with his service and patience as he had to deal the customer service on the phone to get this all arranged. Thank you so much Walter!

Incredible knowledge of cell phones and how to get rid of those nasty things that we all get using apps.WALTER is still there. What an amazing man and along with his crew make for a outstanding experience. Remember it's the provider that screws your phone up with all these UPDATES they say improves your phone when in reality it hurts the apps that we count on to be able to have a good cellphone experience. T-Mobile has ruined many of my apps as their updates make them no longer useful or so destroy them you have to go and get a different app and they are never like the ones your used to. My next phone will be a SAMSUNG folding one. I'm interested to see if a giant screen is going to work for me.

After being a Verizon customer for over 15 years, my husband and I decided to look into trying TMobile. We were greeted by Sandra who went above and beyond to help us! She was kind and knowledgeable and gave us options for adding a business line to our existing line. We decided to switch to TMobile after the great service we got from Sandra. She was so helpful and guided us through the entire process with a smile. I am already so glad we switched since I had never been met with that level of service at any Verizon store over the last decade.
