Don’t ever go to the store. I spent three hours in there one time because my father had lost his phone and we tried to get another phone the second time I spent about 45 minutes in there to get a screen protector and they told me that I didn’t have insurance for it and they didn’t have any record that I paid for it, so I went to the store on Balboa T-Mobile store and those people are professionals. They took care of me. I was in and out less than eight minutes. Those people at the Balboa T-Mobile store in San Diego. California are the best those people over there and Oceanside T-Mobile on Marion Road. Forget it, the worst experience and they’re not very nice people either

What can I say ! Annie McFerrin is awesome. Super smart and knowledgeable regarding products and all the perks. We bought two phones and switched Internet service for home including free Netflix. She is efficient and and friendly. I would advise anyone thinking about switching plans or upgrading phones to ask for Annie.

I went in earlier today and was looking to get an upgrade. I received excellent service from Annie, Xavier, and Grant! They have a really solid team. Helped me overcome some obstacles and get everything setup. They were informative, friendly, professional and reliable. I 100 percent recommend this store and it's crew!

Sales techniques were annoyingly lengthy and confusing. Ended up with a (one time?) bill double what I normally pay. My actions were inspired by a (AT&T) field sales person who brought a phone to my house, downloaded all my data and ended up owning my original phone number. Which I cancelled. Confusing but clever. Technically all my fault. It was like a trap.

This location has great customer service . I have been a T Mobile customer for Ali most 10 years, the staff may change but the service level never disappoints. My latest interaction was with Xavier Molina, he was very helpful and informative. This is my go to location.

Slow customer service!! They complety need to retrain there employees. Not just on productivity but just basic common sense. I waited close to 2 hours just to get my daughter a phone. Spent 45 minutes hearing a off topic conversation with a customer and the T-Mobile representative. People need to go somewhere else for small talk. Don't waste your time and use another branch.

Anything that has to do with service for my account I always come here! Even though I live a mile away from one I drive here because the staff knows what their doing. I was in the process of having my account closed and Xavier helped every step of the way in getting everything taken care of. He went above and beyond the service I expected and I appreciate it! He made sure I left with everything taken care of and saved me from losing my number/account. Xavier you are awesome and I appreciate your help! You guys need help and awesome customer service come see Xavier, he won't disappoint! I will continue coming here because I know that whatever concern I have will be taken care of!

Great Service! Purchased 2 phones in the last 2 months, with appointments, so our wait was less than 15-min. Their staff is knowledgeable and helped with ALL rebates, trade-in values and of course, the most important, the setup and transfer of information from old phone to new phone. I never felt rushed or like was being hard sold. Give this branch a try for a tremendous experience.This review is for anybody who wishes to hear my opinion...

I visited on 10/23/2022, a Sunday afternoon. There were other customers already being helped, but I was immediately signed in, and only had a short wait. I got Serena and she was awesome! I brought in my own unlocked phone, and she got me switched over to the plan I wanted and ported my number over. All costs were clearly explained, and the process was very quick and painless! I walked in frustrated with my old carrier and walked out with my phone ready to roll on T-Mobile's network. Couldn't ask for more!
