This store needs a lot of work and franchise owner needs to do better. Every time I come in someone is always rude and my sandwich is made wrong. I always order online to get the deals and recently I started coming into the store to watch them make my sandwich. I want to give a shout out to Caesar for being kind, making my sandwich correctly and not being rude?

FRANCHISE/OWNER- PAY ATTENTION!!!The ONLY reason I go to this location is because it’s my daughter’s favorite chain and it’s close. BUT, all of the one star reviews are accurate. Please schedule more than one person to work shifts. Waiting fifteen minutes for a sandwich when only two other people are in line is a joke. Employees prioritize online orders, which is fine and necessary, but when people are waiting in line and the ONE EMPLOYEE is trying to juggle everything, tensions rise. Definitely not the most pleasant experience. I wish someone from Subway would help this pathetic location.

Whoever runs this store should never be allowed to run a store again. The employee was by herself, with a long line of people waiting for food. Placed my order online and she messed up my order, first by giving me a six-inch instead of a footlong, when I asked about it, she fixed it but it wasn't until I got home that I realized she put olives in the sandwich when I didn't order olives.

Alicia was amazing and took the time to ask if I wanted the cheese that came with the specialty sandwich I was ordering. She makes sure there are enough veggies on the whole sandwich and dressing/sauce. She makes the sandwiches the way she would want it. My The Great Garlic was perfect because of Alicia. Great customer service also. She makes sure to let customers who just walked in know she will be right with them when she is in the middle of a customers order.

This worker refused to help an elderly 90 year old man he ordered two sandwiches and wanted to add a salad she consistently ignored him FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES, when other people in line stepped up and said he wants to order a salad she told us to wait our turn, refused to give her name. refused to make the man a salad and kept telling him his sandwiches were in his bag...

11 a.m.on Nov 9. Employee should not be working here. Kept asking same questions - couldn't hear us? We asked for items, e.g. less or more quantities. veggies handled before meat - none of our requests were completed. Most bizarre and frustrating experience ever.

Teenage staffers at this location are are rude and impatient when asked questions about menu.In addition, Vegetarian sandwiches, which cost similar to meat sandwiches, still only get 2 slices of cheese even though this is the protien souce.

The small white lady working is rude as hell I didn’t even order food just the way her customer service was to the person ordering before me there was 5 customers all left since watching how she ignored the customers order for bacon worst service with this lady should be let go doesn’t even seem like she even wants to work bad for the company

I just went to the oceanside (475-01 college blvd.) location that I previously had issues with to give it another try. Unfortunatly I was given the brash and horrible customer service. The young woman that was in the store was very rude and condescending when greeting me and my partner. We brushed it off and continued with ordering food. To which she completely ignored us when we asked for the certain veggies and other items to be put on them. When we asked if she could not put on peppers on a certain sandwich due to allergy reasons, she scoffed and just wrapped up the sandwiches and told us to pay and that was it. When I asked if there was an issue, she just once again blew us off and in a condescending tone said " so do you want your sandwiches or not?" To that I got frustrated and told her that we wished to add stuff to our sandwiches but if her attitude necessary. She then said she didn't have an attitude problem and that it was I that had the issue. Since my partner cannot have peppers, which she put on both sandwiches without asking us, i said that he couldn't have it. She then went ahead and said I'm sorry that you can't have them and then proceeded to throw the 2 foot long sandwiches in the trash in front of us. Then she said that we could leave now and continued to ignore us when we asked if we did something wrong or if there was an issue. This is not the first time this has happened to us at this location. We were willing to give this store another chance since we are local. But given to this string of just horrendous customer service, I will be sure to let my friends, family members and coworkers to never shop/order any food from this location. It is unfortunate because there are other employees at this location that give amazing service but due to this interaction, that has all changed. The employee that I am inquiring about refused to give her name but the only information that I can give is that she is a small petite Caucasian girl in mid to late 20's, blonde hair and black round glasses. I do hope that there is resolve to this continuing issues with problematic employee's. If I could give negative stars I would.

Although the guy making the sandwich was very nice, I specifically ask for MAYO on the bread (vs how they normally do it on the meat)...and b/c I didn't pay attention, I got a plain, DRY sandwich!!!The other items were all there, some more than usual (pickles)...but would have been better with some mayo! Next time I will watch every thing they are doing...IF I GO BACK =(**The manager responded immediately after I sent my feedback via the Subway website, I appreciate the acknowledgement and he stating he would relay the message to his team**
