The manager, Jose was phenomenal! We needed storage and he was there to assist. The move in process was very easy; it took less than 10 minutes. Happy to be storing here. Thank You for making our move in experience a great one Jose!

Cannot believe there aren't zero stars to give a place! This would be one of them. Gross place, saw rats running from unit to unit, it was making my skin crawl! Yuck! This place is DISGUSTING!

Terrible manager! Rude, bad attitude and not friendly at all. I got a letter of eviction to clear out my storage and he won't let me in to grab my stuff! What kind of manager does that to a tenant or Lessee? His name is Jose and how he got this job is beyond me! Hopefully he will be fired soon. A person like that doesn't deserve to be a manager, it's bad for business of Stor America. Sorry Stor America, but this guy's got to go.

The young man who worked the office was very professional and friendly. He helped me get to my storage. Very courteous Thankyou. He was very efficient and made sure my paper work was correct. I was there June 15

Place sucked. Customer service sucked. People we unhappy and their 30$ move in thing is a scam. Don’t move your stuff here unless you want to be treated poorly and then get it stolen. Don’t go here there’s tons of other storage places with people actually happy to help.

I have stored my stuff over here for about a year and every time I went there I see a lot of mouse poop’s all over on my furniture. The person who is in charge never takes care of anything. Even when I call them ask a question nobody ever answer , so I will left the message and they don’t call you that day maybe after two days. I also see maybe some homeless people live or hanging around the storage area. Thank god, I finally found a much better place to store my stuff where it has mouse catcher and have a good customer services.
