I know everyone is different but I've had a really good experience living here for the past 3 years, rent has only gone up once and it's a very reasonable price. It's not the nicest place to live but you still get great value for what you pay for.

Been here almost a year, street parking for your second car sucks. Kids during the day but pretty quite at night with is good. Oh yeah street parking sucks tho
