Great new store. Pretty noisy inside and took forever to get our drinks. Drive-thru takes priority to us walk-ins. Friendly staff though.

The manager has serious attitude. I’ve personally witnessed her belittle and treat one of her employees like garbage. Some of the staff are following in line. 0/10 would recommend another Starbucks, or at least a local shop. F these people at this

They charged $1.25 for a shot of extra espresso AND THEN $1.25 to pour it in! I asked if I was charged incorrectly and the barista said “no that’s for the labor”$2.50 for espresso to be poured in my drink…maybe I can save $1.25 by having them put my mouth directly under the dispenserThe labor of pouring the shot?! It’s literally your jobThen they made the wrong drink so they had to go and make the actual drink I orderedSo ridiculousThis isn’t a Starbucks policy, it’s a decision made by the franchisee. I’ll just drive the .02 miles to go to a Starbucks that actually knows what they’re doing and doesn’t nickel and dime people for already overpriced drinksYes, this is my first world problem

Horrible. Ordered online to pick up in store & when we got there they didn't open the doors. The line was so backed up so we tried to show that we Ordered on the app and they just shut the lights off.

I am out of town visiting family and went through the drive thru yesterday and I’m pretty sure his name was JJ, was helping me. I loved him so much! He was so sweet, helpful and informative! I’m so indecisive with my order sometimes and he took his time with me and helped me pick a drink he thought I would like that I hadn’t tried before. The drink was amazing and it was so nice not feeling like a burden for being indecisive. He had the best laugh and most friendly smile. Such an amazing out of town experience!

Got an brown sugar oatmeal milk shaken expresso & I received a cup full of ice with basically just expresso, I guess I spend like bucks on ice & a shot of expresso.

Since the new location opened, I am excited about the drive thru service. I have been frequenting this Starbucks both inside and using the drive thru since the Grand Opening. The baristas are very knowledgeable and pleasant, especially Callie and Chris. Even though this location can be busy, I’ve always been pleased with the accuracy of my order.

Counter service was poor. I was not acknowledge at first and when I was she was not in the best of moods as it appeared that I was an inconvenience for coming inside the cafe.

This Starbucks is NOW terrible! The original crew seems to have all left. They had a previous location in the center next door and the manager and her crew were the best! When this new location opened they were all there. In the last month the crew n manager has changed. All the new employees are rude and slow. I work in the same shopping center and go there daily. I will not be going there again. The staff is rude, the drinks are terrible and the place is dirty. Bathrooms are disgusting. I’ll be reaching out to their district manager regarding this location.

Was a great store when they first opened. Now just awful! I’m a twice a day customer and I will not be patronizing this location again. They guy at night I believe his name is Jay-jay is a detriment to the company. His customer service skills leave much to be desired!
