Super annoyed by the experience I just had. Placed my order at the drive thru screen with a woman. I order the same drink everyday, and consistently go to this Starbucks because I like how they make the drinks. When ordering, there was no mention that they were out of any ingredients. When I get to the window to pay, the drinks (I got 2) were both half filled as pictured. The man at the window proceeded to hand me the drinks without saying anything. I asked if he could fill them up, and he said it was because I ordered with no ice. I told him that I get the drinks the same way, every day, and they are always filled. He then proceeded to tell me they had no more coconut milk. Why charge me full price for 2 venti drinks when you are going to fill both up only half way? It should have been mentioned at the order screen that they "had no more coconut milk". And if they actually did run out of coconut milk, I should have been charged for a smaller portion. Seems like the story switched when I mentioned I get the drinks every day. Super annoying and disappointing. Won't be going back to this location.

My drink was delicious & the barista was so sweet, bubbly and kind. Although they left my shaved chocolate off the drink she wanted to make me an entire new drink. Of course I told her no just give me the shaved chocolate & I'll add it to the drink myself it's not that serious. She was UBER sweet to offer!

The server at the drive-through was excellent. She cheerfully fulfilled my order as I asked. I'm lactose intolerant, and where another Starbucks nearby failed to comply on repeated visits, my order was perfect.

I've been going in a lot, and usually, they do my order right, but these past couple of days, they just ignored the extras. I've also noticed new faces, so maybe its because they are new, but i ask for the extras they repeat it back to me and then dont do it. Its just annoying that i ask for the same thing every day i go through and they get it wrong.

Staff is VERY friendly! They recognize repeated customers and are very bubbly in the early morning. However, lobby service is EXTREMELY slow. ***USE THE DRIVE-THRU***

Great location with friendly staff and a clean environment. Parking here can be a little rough at times but that shouldn't dissuade you. This location closes a little earlier then others so make sure to check the hours.
