Delia is astoundingly knowledgeable, welcoming, helpful, and offered unbelievable customer service.My daughter's musical theater camp required a makeup set by Ben Nye and I struggled to figure out which palette was most suitable for her skin tone, just from online pictures, so I reached out to "Stage & Screen FX," since they are an official retailer per Ben Nye's website. I couldn't have been more lucky to have the opportunity to speak to Delia, when she answered the phone.I told Dilia about my daughter's heritage and she knew exactly which tone I should order. She educated me on the differences between theater makeup and regular makeup, and explained things in the nicest way.I had called two other retailers in San Diego, but they didn't have any of the makeup kits in stock. "Stage & Screen FX" was the only retailer left in the San Diego area, and I'm so glad I called them. They had plenty of Ben Nye products in stock, so I was able to get one with ease.Thank you, Delia!

Came here for professional Halloween make up. The woman could not have been more helpful and more friendly. She told me how to apply the make up to get the look that we wanted and helped me pick out colors. Awesome.

Note they have moved to a warehouse-only setup for COVID (confirmed June, 2021). Order on-line only. At the "store," you can only pick up on-line orders. There is no viewing of merchandise or buying in person. .That said, their shipping is cheaper than most, and their inventory is excellent.

I love this store ! It has everything you could possibly need and I love that they have Ben nye in stock! Usually you can only order Ben bye online or in LA but I'm so glad I found it here! They were super nice and I placed an online order since it is not open for actual shopping due to covid, and the customer service was amazing!They also have cinema secrets makeup brush cleaner which is awesome! I'm definitely coming back!

I needed a few special blood related products same day. Did curbside pick up, and forgot a product. I called and did a phone order on the spot. Got what I needed quickly! Well worth the hour drive.
