Worst business ever. Longest wait. Been tmobile customer for 20+ yrs they wouldn't help me over the phone. Referred me to this store. Customer service hung up on me.

Araceli was super helpful. She explained the different upgrade options to me and wasn't pushy at all. She took the time to ensure all data was transferred and answered all questions I had for her. We were greeted as soon as we walked in as well. Her customer service was top notch.

They are late to work, they don’t answer the phone, they supposedly open at 10 in the morning, I called as soon as they opened but no one answers, idk about their service but they are definitely not on time

I changed from being a long-term AT&T customer to a brand new T-mobile-r after talking to the service staff. They still have Samsung electronics for me and Apple, etc. for everybody else. I like how my voice-mail calls are summarized in a text message, so if I'm unavailable to answer, I can read the voice-mail in text form to know if it is urgent or not! Last but definitely not least, T-mobile has joined with AAA nationwide to give seniors a special-rated plan that will never be increased. How cool is that? Wahoo!

I strictly go to this location to see Janet and always ask specifically for her. She is fabulous! She is efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and straight forward. I used to dread going to the cell phone store because a seemingly quick appointment always used to take over an hour but not with Janet. She is quick and to the point and doesn't spend hours going over unimportant details. She maintains professionalism and is always kind and helpful. As a side note, I was in this location on 8/1/23 around 2 pm and I noticed that every single employee was friendly, engaged and working hard as the location was very busy at that time. Thanks again Janet.

My recent experience at T-Mobile has been nothing short of exceptional, all thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Bryan . Over the course of two frustrating months, we had been facing a persistent issue with our phones. We had visited the store multiple times, they genuinely cared about our problem. greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome.If you're looking for the best customer service and a team of knowledgeable staff, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing this T-Mobile branch.In conclusion, a big thank you to Bryan and the entire T-Mobile team at this branch for their exceptional service. I recently had an outstanding customer service experience at T-Mobile, and I can't express enough how grateful I am to Bryan who went above and beyond to help us. After dealing with a persistent issue for two months and multiple visits to the store, Bryan's dedication and genuine care were a breath of fresh air.What sets Bryan apart is his unwavering commitment to resolving our problem. Instead of offering quick fixes or just ignoring us and referring us to call the customer over the phone (which many companies even Apple store does that!) he took the time to thoroughly investigate the root cause of the issue, called customer service him self and tried to fix the issue multiple times. Upon encountering an issue during our Apple Store visit, we felt lost and disheartened. However, Bryan took the initiative to talk to an Apple Store representative on the phone, explaining and clarifying the problem with unwavering patience. I bought a phone by calling T-Mobile directly I was told to go to my local T-Mobile store in order to return my old phone and that T-Mobile would buy my old phone and credit my account. When I arrived the sales person (Andrae) told us that T-Mobile had made a mistake and that it was our problem, not theirs. He and the other two sales people offered no help, no empathy and no suggestions beyond calling customer service. They were basically telling me that I was going to be charged the total price of the phone and that there was nothing that they would do about it. So, I called customer service who sorted it out and sent me to a different store where the sales person told us that this was not a problem and that she could help--which she did. If you want to be treated rudely and be provided with zero customer service go to the store at 447 College Blvd, Oceanside. If you want to be treated professionally by someone who cares, go to the one at 550 Hacienda Dr., Vista Ca.

I honestly dread going to T-Mobile with my iPhone or to get an iPhone, but I found this company store, and it was a perfect experience. I was going to observe and look for Jessica or Ann or someone that seemed smart. Well, 4 guys, so not those previously recommended, and I was greeted right away so down to business. I was immediately at ease. The handling of my two needs was handled perfectly. First I needed to add a second e-sim to my iPhone 14 and transfer a number from Digits to the new line. It was so smooth and I did not have to worry at all. They had to move the number to a new line, then install an e-sim, then connect the number to the new sim. Now I can have a clear personal number and work number on the same phone without the limits of using only Digits. The second issue was a dear party on my account that likes to lose phones. We quickly replaced the old phone and set it up. Not a moment wasted and I was as comfortable as being at the Apple store. This store is definitely my choice if I need to go to T-Mobile. Thank you.
