Our family has been coming here ever since I was a baby. Now I get to enjoy it with my children. Very nostalgic for me. Love that a lot has stayed the same. The service is great! The location right on the beach is perfect. The kitchen is full of all the tools you need. The parking is difficult with the poles between each stall but not a major thing. Glad we get to enjoy this place every year.

Stayed in room 312 jacuzzi was right above room very loud all night long Walls are super thin very hard to relax no view of the ocean parking is awful parking spots are very small neighbors can look right into your room and balcony property looks nice on the outside but like a s***** motel on the inside front desk right above our floor also very loud at all times

We have been staying here for over 20 years now and love it! The location cannot be beat and the staff is so friendly and helpful. It is clean and well maintained. We look forward to staying here every year!

Location, location, location. Right on the sand this Resort is fantastic. Everything to do is within walking distance, even a five minute walk to the train station. The associates are friendly, helpful and professional.

Love that it is right on the beach. If you get up early you can have the beach practically to yourself.

The timeshare is right at the beach walking distance to the pier; restaurants and shops. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Anytime I see this come up as an exchange I snag it looking forward to my next visit 11/2025.
Nearby activities: Every Thursday from 9AM to 1pm is a farmer’s market and in the evening 5pm to 9pm the Oceanside Sunset Market food and craft vendors, live music.
Walkability: There are several things to do that are walking distance or in my case scooter, but if you want to visit the flower fields of Carlsbad or the outlet mall you will need a car.
Food & drinks: It is walking distance to the pier, restaurants and shops.

Perfect for a beach adventure. It's near the water and there are many wonderful places to eat and shop.
Rooms: Spacious with plenty of room for 4 people.
Walkability: Lots of food and shopping nearby
