My daughter and I went to wash a comforter and we needed to use the large washing machine. There were several large washing machines to choose from. It cost $9.75 which seemed a bit pricey. I would have had a good experience until a homeless person came in and asked me for money so she could do her laundry. I had told her I didn't and she continued to harass my daughter and I. Then
she got a random person from a nearby business to ask us to help her out. The homeless woman continued to get up in our personal space and started to record us with her phone. We took our wet comforter and left. I will never go back there.

Needed to use their oversized washing machine. I had enough quarters ($7.50), BUT the machine would not accept all of them so I had to use a credit card for the balance due $1.25). No option to eject coins so I could go to a different machine. No staff available to help. Did NOT want to use my credit card. Pretty frustrating!

Great laundromat, easy to get to and use. Can be busy at times, especially weekends. I like the big washers and big dryers (only 2 big dryers, tho). You can use coins or cards.

I have been very pleased with Soapbox services so far and finding it a great way to delay buying a new washer after ours died The job they do is top notch and the prices are reasonable. I appreciate the customer service and communication they do as well. I also love that we are keeping our money with a local entrepreneur and have been looking for a service like this for a while to help with my laundry backlog.

I really wanted to love this laundry service, but unfortunately I will no longer be a customer and would advise you to look elsewhere for pickup/drop off laundry services. I had missing items in 2 out of 3 of the orders I placed. The first time, my missing jeans were returned and had been left in the van. The second time, not so lucky. I had two jackets (including one North face jacket) that have yet to be returned or replaced. I don’t understand how the largest item in my order could go “missing”. It might’ve made more sense if it was something small like a shirt or socks that might slip between the machines or something, but a bulky north face jacket? Seems unlikely. If you do decide to use this service, make sure to create an itemized list and check your order!They do have very responsive customer service and the owner was very nice and offered a discounted future order. The gesture was kind, but that doesn’t replace my favorite jacket :(

I wish I could give this place 0 stars this place sucks not only do the washer suck and are always out of order or broken , but the two Mexican owners are watching your every move and follow you around the laundry mat and when you ask for help they have a rude and gross attitude , don’t come here disgusting environment and disgusting washer and dryers

The mexican dude was rude when I asked him if he worked there he said "YEAH WHY" like damn why u mad dude the wife or whatever she was kept looking at us as if we didn't belong there she was nice to the other people like her guess the real mexican people paisa looking people

Extremely happy with the services provided by Soap Box. User friendly online appointment soft ware, clothes are clean, folded very nicely, excellent pick up and drop off service and communication, courteous and professional customer service. Thank you Nick!!

This is a great service. Love the pick-up, delivery and especially the fancy folding. So organized. I have been remodeling my kitchen, which means no appliances for several weeks. So, thanks, SoapBox for the service. I will continue to use the service for comforters, mattress covers, pillows and other oversized items.

1st time using service the pick up was on time, was not clarified regarding the comforter extras fees but over all great service with pickup. Having all our winter blanket washed and ready for winter.
