I do not feel this is a reputable business. They refused to honor a coupon that was on their own website. Initially they said it was expired. However, the coupon does not show an expiration date. They then said it was posted in error. Seems like a bait and switch operation to me.

Showed up at 3:10 today. They close at 4 according to Google and their hours on the door. Nobody there. Don't try to show up here because they may be closed!

First the older one with a hair bump asked me if I had a check engine light on I said I believe no and I was there for a smog check. He moved my car into the shop and then damaged the wiring so it wouldn't start. I had to have it towed for $185--SR Towing and my car was fixed and smogged at Hoehn Honda Carlsbad about $290--This place should get Zero Stars. I'm going to report him to the Automotive Repair Bureau tomorrow---800-952-5210!!! AVOID THIS PLACE IS HATE---ALL I WAS WAS TIRED!!! i LIVE IN CARLSBAD, CA NOW.

John did a very thorough job with the smog check on my vehicle. He explained everything and answered all my related questions. He also performed some very minor maintenance adjustments without my asking. This is my first experience with Oceanside Smog and am very satisfied with John's service. I highly recommend him for anyone's smog needs.

Great customer service. Professional staff. Smog Certification took about 15 minutes. I called ahead to check how busy and was given a time to come in around 30 minutes later. They offer coupons on their web site.Plenty of parking.Service: Smog certification

The owner is always very nice and friendly. Took my car in mid day today and there was no wait time and my car was smog in less than 15 minutes. My total waiting time from the time I arrived was under 30 minutes. Great place and great service!! Will not go anywhere else.Service: Smog certification
